What is OT/MP about?

OT/MP is a new way of thinking about the "reality" you experience as your life.  It is new Paradigm, or model to connect you with your good, and guide you to avoid that which is potentially harmful.  The MP can empower you to detect, interpret, and interact more effectively with the totality of your experience. Thus you become empowered more effectively avoid problems and generate your good. OT/MP is especially relevant to comprehending from a different and improved perspective, numerous politically generated, linked, and interacting problems in our society today, e.g., the role of corporations in generating a serious threat to your legacy of political and economic freedoms, your right to meaningful and productive work, and its associated benefits. You especially gain insight into the corporate threat to the integrity of our political process itself.

The Principles behind OT/MP can empower your success in forming coalitions of others who will also grasp the power of these Principles, for they help reveal the true nature of the growing danger. They can guide you to find the means to protect, heal, and improve the quality of life in our society.  For regardless of our diversity, and our individual paths, strengths and determination, regardless of our innocent aspirations and objectives for ourselves and our loved ones, we will all share a common evil fate when this society progressively descends, if not suddenly explodes, into insurrection and violence.  The ugly alternative to violent resistance is surrender to an ultimate despotic system of governance.  Already, as will be made clear, we no longer live in a democracy.  We now live in a corporocracy (kor poor 'ok ruh see) [definition] with its clear and present danger to our ultimate well being.  In suggesting this specter, I do not refer to a victory by international terrorism. The forces and factors I refer to will become clear even during your review of the preface and three part introductory dialogue.

OT/MP is built upon newly emerging scientific concepts of C/consciousness that are further empowered by the integrative science of General Systems Theory (GST.)  This Paradigm is also rooted in empowering Metaphysical Principles that define the Spiritual and Mystical foundations of OT/MP. These are not yet common knowledge. The general public, perhaps you, knows very little about these areas of knowledge which until very recently has been misunderstood and cast aside by the dominant materialistic grounded models of our time. These Mystical sources arise from a legacy that goes back to the very beginning of human consciousness.

You will come to understand that, as applied in OT/MP, the terms "religion," ("religiosity,)" and "Spiritual" ("Spirituality,") do not have the same meaning.  You will learn why they have very different meanings, and why those meanings have dramatically different implications for you and for our society.

OT/MP presents the case that your C/consciousness and intellect are not the same.  OT/MP argues convincingly that what is not held in your consciousness cannot be processed by your intellect, no matter how great your intellect.  A deep understanding of the nature this discrepancy identifies the Spiritually unilluminated mind or intellect as an ego owned defect.  That insight reveals many hidden reasons for mental confusion, bad judgment, fear, stress, and protracted conflict where it is found at any level of social complexity.  It applies across all levels of human systems, from the personal level, to coalitions, groups, organizational and community conflict, and to national and international levels of stress and conflict.

Therefore, the goal, vision and mission for OT/MP is to present you with useable insights into the validity of these claims and their practical relevance for you.  When these intentions are met, you will find that your reality takes on a deeper, richer, and more profound presence. You find that previously unnoticed empowering options are made visible.  The context of your problem detection and solving can be deepened, enriched and clarified.  Then can the actual problems now afflicting you and your interests be adequately recognized and addressed.  Then many opportunities and benefits that may now be hidden or obscured from your consciousness can be revealed in ways for you to take advantage of them.

The more you apply yourself to engage OT/MP to embrace its concepts, the more empowered you can become to deal with your personal needs, those of your family, and those close to you. On a larger scale, now hidden causes and links among the organizations and institutions you serve can be revealed, and the current and future role of your country in the international scheme of world wide development takes on a new and deeper perspective.

Ultimately, OT/MP is devoted to forming a coalition of Spiritually awakened and informed individuals and groups who will share a common link and bond as they come to understand the utility of OT/MP principles, first in service to their own personal needs, and then as tools to rebuild our society into a more compassionate, Loving and just way of life.  [Coalition building is further developed in the section "How you can help."]

A person possessed of an awakened and viable Spiritual Consciousness, cannot be fully or continuously seduced or lied to by any secular intellect, no matter how brilliant, conniving, determined, or persistent.

What makes OT/MP unique?  That is, how does OT/MP compare with other published works in the today's market?

This resource will create a different experience from other information resources you may be familiar with. Most book type resources are focused on a specific content area.  They are written to appeal to a specific, narrowly defined specialist audience. But in OT/MP, I offer you the opposite approach.

In OT/MP, instead of focusing on a narrow topical or interest area, I place a number of important interest areas within the encompassing and integrating Mystical Paradigm. This Holistic (not specialized) approach offers correspondingly significant benefits after you meet the unique challenges that are associated with mastering a Holistic Paradigm or Model.

As you examine the bibliography for OT/MP, you will find that the authors I have cited have each prepared their works for their specialized target audiences on a wide range of topics. Then it depends upon your ability to detect, interpret and remove from our world the malignant expressions of the human ego and its slave the intellect. The presence of unchallenged egos with their destructive defensiveness and lust for power and control now ruin humanity's potential for happiness and peace. Even those invested in positive social causes are vulnerable to this Spiritual defect.  I will make a serious case that the widespread presence of unchallenged ego agendas that now threaten the stability, health and future of our nation, all nations, the whole of humanity, and the entire biosphere of our earth.

OT/MP is an experiment intended to bring two widely divergent interest groups of people together in support of a common cause.  One group embraces those individuals who are interested in social and political commentary and criticism. This arena focuses on corporate abuse, ethics, governance, the economy, and international affairs. The second group are those interested in the esoteric worlds of General Systems Theory (the integrative sciences) and Metaphysics (Laws based on Spiritual Principles.)   The latter includes investments in Spiritual assessment, growth and healing, and in a practical ethics grounded in Spiritual Truth.  OT/MP is designed to show how these two worlds of  interest can and must be brought together for the purpose of bringing about corrections to many of the growing problems afflicting all levels of human complexity in the United States today.

The basic audience for OT/MP is anyone who is college capable and interested in personal growth and/or political and social reform.  The optimum audience will be senior level students, graduate students, and professors in the academic specialty areas noted above. The desired audience also includes those professionals involved with national politics and international relations, and those who work in those applied professions that can and ought engage the Principles of the MP, e.g., journalism, corporations, bureaucrats, international conglomerates, etc.  Further, the author desires to enter into a collaboration with selected faculty at universities with well developed programs of specialized expertise that are focused on one or more of the above interest areas incorporated in OT/MP. There is an intellectual dynamic I refer to as "The Curse of Systems Thinking." In order to understand any part of a system, or Holistic Paradigm like OT/MP, you must be able to relate the initial concepts you encounter to the whole or entirety of the system.  But a complex idea or system is made of many sub concepts and subsystems.  Some of these must be introduced to the initiate or student piecemeal, one at a time, in a linear sequence.

Therefore, when any initial concept is first being introduced in a Holistic model, the student does not have access to the full range of concepts that are required to fully empower understanding.  The student cannot place the initial concepts in that contextual setting from which each individual concept derives its complete meaning.  For that reason, initial study of systems thinking is often confusing and frustrating for a student or inquirer.  As soon as they encounter this syndrome, they often face an urge to give up, quit, and walk away. But when they persist, then suddenly, at some point, that patient student will have enough of the embracing concepts to suddenly experience the initial concepts in the proper Holistic context. Then they have an "Ah! Ha!" experience. In teaching some of these ideas to graduate students, it required about one third of the semester before these "Ah! Ha!" experiences began to occur.  I was always greatly relieved when the murmuring of frustration and discontent steadily began to change to awe and satisfaction.

You can expect to have to confront and overcome this curse as a normal part of your progression through OT/MP (or any other Holistic Paradigm.)  Of course, your initial encounter with some of the "outrageous" claims, assertions and allegations in OT/MP are likewise subject to the "curse."  What may at first appear to be a truly "outrageous" and indefensible claim for you, will take on a deeper meaning and significance when revisited from the full perspective of OT/MP.

OT/MP also argues that meditation in a Spiritual Silence is an important, even essential, tactic to facilitate any inquirer's complete understanding of Holistic or systemic concepts. This assertion will be novel, perhaps outrageous, for many who are alienated from a meaningful involvement with a Spiritually healthy religion or movement. You will learn why Holistic information is necessarily grounded in Spiritual Truth already in your Spiritual Supra Consciousness. Because there is "Trouble" in "River City!"
The "trouble" does not refer to anything like the con artist, Harold Hill's, claim in Meredith Wilson's classic Broadway hit,  The Music Man, also a 1962 movie. The plot has Hill claim that all the evils in River City have their roots in the "Pleez-All" pool hall which serves to corrupt the youth of the town.  Remember?

Would that our problems were that simplistic.  Harold Hill promotes the same false premise as do the "Back to basics," "Back to God." and other such simple minded movements today.  Since our Real problems are not simple, they cannot respond to simplistic solutions.

OT/MP is designed to empower your ability to detect and cope with a far more complex and sinister array of the causes of our problems that now threaten the positive and worthy aspects of our way of life.

The three short introductory dialogues which begin OT/MP are presented only to highlight some of the more crucial challenges which must soon be recognized and addressed by our nation for what they Really are. "Our nation" translates into "you and me."  But regardless of what nation is yours, or from where you have discovered this resource, all nations are vulnerable and accountable for failure of their citizens to act effectively, and in time, to stop the growing array of virulent despotic challenges to the most positive expression of humanity regardless of culture or origen. This obligation exists regardless whether the despotic influence is an autocratic dictator, or a corporate conglomerate. Each society (beginning with individual members) must first recognize, and then implement solutions to these growing challenges to our most basic freedoms for any of us to survive.  Intervention in these developments must happen soon if the positive elements of our way of life are to be preserved.

Besides the problems themselves, perhaps our greatest threat includes the widespread apathy, ignorance, and indifference to the very existence, relevance, and urgency of these problems. Perhaps even worse, some of us would rather exploit them for profit rather than heal them in the interest of ongoing social stability.

To more fully empower you to detect and cope with these problems, thanks to the power of the scientific principles of General Systems Theory, OT/MP can include and integrate various levels of social complexity in understandable ways, i.e., the personal, family, community, organizational, and national levels of  interacting human systems for which we ought have concern.  For these are all integrated and interdependent with each other.  They must be addressed as a Holistic integrated system of interacting influences. The scale of this challenge can only be met through an awakened and active Spiritual Consciousness.

But the public is not now prepared to cope with this scale of complexity because they are not prepared for this challenge by our schools, universities, nor by most religions.   The allegories, parables, and metaphor, and the seven major dialogues that define OT/MP, raise and address core questions that ought be addressed in that Holistic context.  OT/MP defines the nature of evil to reveal the ways it can and is already afflicting your life.  This insight becomes a foundation for you to both serve yourself and work with others to create Spiritually valid resolutions to these problems and opportunities.

We express that which we are.  We manifest our values and beliefs into the world. Therefore, OT/MP proposes a new way of thinking about the nature of evil, evil within ourselves, within our nation, and evil among nations.  Finally, it offers to empower you to transform evil into good, first within yourself, and then at each larger level and arena of focus that is important for you.

Examples of "Outrageous" declarations may be found in a special section reachable from a link in the home page. When an individual is first confronted with a new paradigm, one that challenges their comfort level by threatening to alter their reality in some significant way, their ego intellect quickly rises in defense of this threat.  Person's who allow themselves to be controlled by this ego consciousness usually react defensively in response to any such a threat.  They have learned to survive and thrive in a limited world defined by their current level of  intellectual consciousness.  They are actually comfortable and dependent upon their gross ignorance of the profound limits this ego consciousness imposes on their definition of "reality."  The live in an "ignorance is bliss" mode.  Then when this ignorance is abruptly challenged, they can react emotionally at various levels of acting out.  Any claim or assertion that provokes that kind of negative reaction can be emotionally experienced as being "outrageous."

The well known author of death related books and studies, Elizabeth Kubler-Ross [1969,] has observed and labeled the grief cycle. She offered a "stage theory" to describe the process by which a person copes with the ultimate threat of mortality, the challenge of immanent death.  For example, when confronted with a death sentence from a diagnosis of a terminal disease, the victim's reactions are characterized by the following progression of emotional states: (1) denial and withdrawal, (2) anger, (3) bargaining, (3) depression, and finally, (4) acceptance and coping. Any intellectual claim that challenges a person's personal paradigm or model of reality as defined (and limited) by their current state consciousness can be observed to follow a similar cycle of emotional responses.

Certain assertions made in OT/MP are likely to challenge or threaten the comfortable world view of many readers.  They may react with strong negative feelings, perhaps outrage.  In many cases their stress is resolved at the denial level by running away.  Unfortunately the dictum stated on OT/MP's home page "Life is RAW, REALITY Always Wins" always prevails.  Such fearful persons are often self condemned by their denial and running away. Then they become vulnerable to a confused life of lost opportunity, frustration, and failure.  A famous psychologist of the 20th Century, Carl Rogers, has stated at the secular level that, "The facts are always friendly."  Shakespeare wrote, "Truth will out." These assertions are consistent with an assertion at the Spiritual level, "The Truth shall set you free."  None of these dictums proclaim that the Truth is necessarily pleasant or convenient.

But those who can transcend their confrontation with this new Holistic Paradigm, one that can expand their consciousness of their reality, however daunting or threatening this may feel initially, will be blessed accordingly.  The MP empowers an interesting prediction for those who visit this site:

This reasons for assertion and its implications are defended in Dialogue 6, on Karma and Reincarnation. The persistent and disciplined visitor can be rewarded by finding that they become empowered to more effectively survive and thrive in a variety ways. For you to experience and benefit from this achievement is a central goal of OT/MP.

No!  OT/MP is a Spiritually grounded Paradigm, not a religious one.  OT/MP not limited to any particular religion. OT/MP strongly defends its assertion that religion and Spirituality are not the same.  While religion presumably exists to inform and empower its members to Spiritual growth, in many cases not only does it fail in this objective, some religions often cause Spiritual injury to their members.

Religions that will feel compatible with OT/MP will be those that teach and practice principles of unconditional Love, are non-violent, non proselytizing, apolitical, and focus beyond the personalities of all people to affirm their innate Spiritual Truth. Such religions teach compassion and openness toward all positive  and affirming perspectives related to human Spirituality. Such religions are also found to teach and practice harmlessness.  They remain fully separate from any worldly concern for politics. They do not act out or promote their own belief system by means that serve to control the values and behavior of others. They do not impose coercive or manipulative means on their own members, nor on outsiders to their religion, e.g., by taking over educational systems or altering the laws of the land to reflect their values and beliefs.

Religions whose values are compatible with the Principles of OT/MP will not use any means, severe, or subtle, to coerce and intimidate their own members to comply with the dogma imposed by the controlling leaders of their religion. They do not proselytize or need to confront those who may disagree with them because they hold opposing intellectual views. Nor does any Spiritually healthy religion appear paranoid, reclusive, or promote any practice that creates barriers to human harmony, or labels, or defines others as an "enemy" of the people, state, or faith.  [See the definitions of religion and Spirituality as used in the MP]

No! OT/MP has a central Spiritual dimension and supports a Spiritual Paradigm, not a religious paradigm.  In fact, OT/MP condemns certain practices of some religions and pejoratively labels these destructive values and practices "religionist" [definition.]  The great Russian Mystic, H. P. Blavatsky, has convincingly stated: "There is no religion higher than Truth." Therefore, OT/MP offers a Spiritual Paradigm, one that supports her claim, one that both serves and transcends the tenants of any particular sectarian religion.

The MP holds that the only valid primary goal of any religion is to serve as a platform to nourish the development of a viable Spiritual Consciousness among its members.  I have stated above, that not only do some religions fail in this objective, but their practices are sometimes harmful and destructive to the Spiritual growth of their members.  Criteria in support of this assertion will be provided. This claim alone can be reactively perceived as "outrageous" by some of you. They will include those who believe they are are religiously devout and blessed by owning the "one true faith," but only prior to your engaging the arguments in OT/MP.

The visitor is introduced to OT/MP through the "About OT/MP elements of this site.  This includes explanatory information such as this Q & A section and my "Welcome" letter.   After entering from the OT/MP Home Page, you can then read the preface and the three part introductory dialogue that introduce the two antagonists, the Mystical Protagonist," and the "InQuiring Mind."  The three part introductorily dialogue describes a variety of urgent problems facing society for what they actually are.  These are not now recognized for the threat they represent, nor are they adequately being dealt with by the leaders of our society, nor by the general public.   Nor is the corporate owned government sufficiently empowered to cope.   Many of the corporate leaders in our society actually create and exploit these problems for profit and further political control. The current state of our immature and inadequate Spiritual and social C/consciousness is in fact the primary force that generates and permits, and sustains these problems.

Spiritual Consciousness is shown to not be the same as intellectual consciousness. Spirituality is not the same as religiosity. These dialogues suggest why only Spiritual Consciousness can empower anyone to fully detect the scale, scope and True Nature of their problems and opportunities, and those of our society. Only after sufficient Spiritual illumination can any intellect serve effectively to help remediate and heal the problems that afflict them. Every positive force for social reform requires an active concurrent collaboration with every other positive force.  OT/MP is a medium that is organized to first create the basis for, and to then promote and empower this essential, Spiritually validated and energized, collaboration.

 Pilgrims may best be served if they first engage OT/MP by the primary first path.

In addition you have access to an extensive supporting elements: a bibliography, glossary, notes, and scriptures page.  In addition to the major Phase I elements of OT/MP just summarized, there are detailed technical discussions of some of the major concepts that are likely to be of interest only to more advanced students of the OT/MP Consciousness model and its intellectual overlays.  These technical aspects of OT/MP are Phase 2 elements that will not be found fully developed in this first phase of OT/MP.

The new visitor to OT/MP is likely to jump to the conclusion that OT/MP reflects a strong "liberal" bias.  But I hope that such a reader will defer judgment until they understand the important concepts presented in OT/MP.  In the third dialogue on "Communication" as the second trap of the intellect, I will prove to you in one 60 second mental exercise that "words have no meaning."  Thus words like "liberal," "conservative," "republican," "democrat," "progressive," "justice," and "love,"  may have grotesquely different meanings among a variety of visitors who now confidently use the same term in the belief that everyone else shares their unique understanding of these terms.  You will eventually discover that OT/MP, as a Spiritual Paradigm, transcends these common worldly labels.  OT/MP rejects the assignment of any stereotypical label to any worldly concept or condition.

OT/MP will defend the assertion that what is not held in your C/consciousness, cannot be processed by your intellect, no matter how great your intellect.  OT/MP argues that the presence of destructive conditions and factors that now affect your judgment cannot be fully detected even by the most potent intellectuals and their models. Nor can problems or opportunities be fully detected and adequately assessed even by coalitions and groups of such individuals, unless and until they are first fully empowered by a vitalized Spiritual Consciousness.

I assert that the typical visitor to OT/MP is not initially in a position to interpret these claims until they have internalized the core concepts of the MP.  Thus to become empowered by a viable Spiritual Paradigm, is to create the capacity and potential to fully engage opportunities or problems. Only then can you remediate or heal adverse conditions confronting you. Only then can you reliably exploit the opportunities that are revealed.  Both opportunities and problems can be defined at any level of human system complexity:

within you as an individual,
within your family and among immediate social contacts, coalitions, and groups,
among and within organizations and institutions in which you participate, which ought serve your, or which you observe,
as our national society with its collective subsystems of individuals, organizations, institutions and processes, and
within the emergent dynamics of internationally managed national social systems.

The Mystical Paradigm put forward in OT/MP is Holistic and generic.  At addresses problem originating with the Spiritually empty ego, and its worldly agendas.  The Ethics of the MP resides within the dynamics of Spiritual Principles as are developed within OT/MP.  The MP will show you how to develop and Ethical gyroscope that can keep your decisions and actions in accord with a Spiritual Reality invisible to the senses and intellect.  That capacity will also expand your ability to evaluate the behaviors of other individuals and human systems in accordance with the same Spiritual Principles.

Like the paradigm of General (Living) Systems Theory which has contributed heavily to the MP's architecture, the MP with its Metaphysical dimension can be applied across all levels of human and social complexity.  You may have a particular content focus of initial interest, e.g., doctor, lawyer, manager, journalist, teacher (professor,) engineer, technician, politician, etc., But as you gain experience in the applying the MP to your life, you will find that because the MP is a generic model, it serves to integrate and make linkages among a variety of diverse application and interest areas more visible, comprehensible, relevant to you, communicable to others, and more manageable than may now be the case.

Examine all the material in this "About OT/MP" section of OT/MP.  Then begin with the Preface if you like allot of background preparation.  Otherwise,  go directly to the three part introductory dialogue (home page), after which you can choose your preferred path through the rest of OT/MP.  The site map (master index) presents a complete layout of OT/MP showing all parts in relationship to each other.  The home pages, which presents a table of Tabs that can take you directly to any of the sub elements of OT/MP.  This table will be found on every major page of OT/MP.

Once you have decided which one of the major paths through OT/MP you wish to pursue, be prepared to cope with the "Curse of Holistic/systems Thinking."   You can use a well known technique that every surviving graduate or professional student has mastered.  When you get to a part of OT/MP that is initially confusing, remember that you are probably meeting the "curse of Holistic or systems thinking."

If a second effort does not produce the results you need, do not be defeated.  Instead, simply move on down the page, or to a subsequent section. Then return later after acquiring additional understanding. Remember the central role of Meditation (or Deep Prayer) which will be presented.  It is a required technique and enabling skill to fully understand (at the intellectual level) the more subtle and esoteric dimensions of  the MP, and likewise for any other Holistic Model.

If in spite of your skill and determination, you do not feel you are making adequate progress along one Path through OT/MP, and by skipping difficult paragraphs or sections that do not initially work for you, try another path.  You are assured that you will be learning far more at each step along the path than is directly accessible through your conscious intellect at that time.

Surrender any confusion or difficulty to Meditation. Give yourself credit.  Think positive, develop a "can do" C/consciousness. Don't be hard on yourself (or OT/MP.)  You are not alone with your distress, you are a Pilgrim in the company of many others who have chosen the upward Path.  Arrange for and claim additional patience.  Give yourself time. All of this is a part of Spiritual growth.

There is no charge for using any part of OT/Mp under the conditions described in the Policy and Privacy Statement for this site. However, nothing on the Internet is "free."  In some cases, the cost is paid by "deep pocket" entities: e.g., government, educational institutions, corporations, and/or foundations.  In other cases, those not attached to such deep pocket entities are forced to "go commercial" and accept advertising.  OT/MP refuses to be in bondage to such corporate or commercial entities whose commercials sometimes take the form of those offensive "pop-up" windows that intrude on your concentration, or which are left behind when you leave that page like so much fecal matter.

Like Consumer's Reports, OT/MP has chosen to remain free of bondage to any commercial entity that could pay its costs. The mission of OT/MP requires it to attack many of the practices that define predatory capitalism.  OT/MP defines itself as a "populist" or "progressive" project" that survives and develops by permitting a donation, by processing your credit card when you donate regardless whether you save, print, or download any elements of OT/MP.  [See "print, or download page"]

I consider your donation to represent a type of sacred bond. This is a bond that enlists us together in a common cause to do what we can, however small, to heal our own personal distress, and empower ourselves to act and help restore the integrity of our political process and government, to restore the political process to the control of the electorate.  Only then can we recover our rapidly departing freedoms, reign in the abusive power of corporations, and bring Spiritual healing to the divisiveness, dishonesty, and blatant corruption that already infects too much of our way of life.

Donations cannot be tax deductible at the present time, because of the overt political implications of OT/MP prior to the 2004 election.  OT/MP will explore the possibility of "571" status as soon as sufficient funds are available to meet current debts and create a 501 (c) (4) non profit tax deductible organization.  Therefore, I will especially appreciate your generosity, as only through such donations can this resource continue and develop.

Your support will be used during the current Phase 1 of OT/MP to meet the following costs:

OT/MP HAS NOT BEEN EDITED due to lack of the required funds.  Therefore, comprehensive editing of all sections of OT/MP will be an initial priority.
ISP costs and their special fees should large scale use of the site develop as expected.
Costs for software updates and fees charged for troubleshooting: e.g., WordPerfect, Coral Draw, Arts & Letters, Photo Impact, MS software, Norton Security, Netscape Composer, Dreamweaver, and others
Subsequent development of forums (chat rooms,) interactive features and on-line data bases and their user friendly output reports
Technical support for some of the more esoteric requirements of the site in the use of html, pearl, java, sql, and other specialized programming beyond the author's self taught skills but which are required for adequate site operations and its security in the future
Subsequent development of streaming video and audio for some of Phase 2 elements planned for the site
Consulting fees for selected content experts not collaboratively involved with the project.
Consultant fees for the use of esoteric research methodology used to develop and process advanced surveys.

The author intends to form a collaboration with interested and qualified scholars, creative designers, and technical support people to continue the site into the future.  The current version you will engage is referred to as Phase 1, the elements of which are noted in answers to some of the questions posed above.  As Phase 1 elements are refined, plans and development of Phase 2 will begin, and last for an estimated one to two years. Phase 2 is intended to consist of an applications section. as a major element.  Also to be developed are advanced treatments of some of the Phase 1 topics:  animation and audio and video streaming, interactive Q & A elements; chat rooms, interactive surveys, databases and on-line reporting of privacy protected survey profiles. All survey information from those who choose to participate will be fully protected and held confidential and known only to the contributor (not even myself.)  Information specifically attached to any particular individual cannot be displayed, and will never be displayed, sold, rented, or given to others, nor is it accessible to any site technician, consultant, or visitor by any means.  (See Privacy Statement)

There are plans for chat rooms devoted to individual sharing of the major topics found in Phase 1. There are plans for activist networks to support each other in implementing the unique Spiritual empowerment offered through OT/MP in order to serve their goals.  There are plans for systematic linkages to other social movements, e.g., populist and progressive political groups and their other supporters, and environmental and social activists. In the context of their goals, they can energize and promote Spiritual healing at all levels of system complexity they wish to influence, e.g., the level of the individual, group, family, organization, corporation, institution, government agency and national and international systems.

Imagine yourself in a movie theater where a fearful scene is unfolding to reveal a hero or heroine in dire threat from forces invisible to them, but which are clearly apparent to you in the audience.  Caught up in this drama, imagine your sense of frustrated anxiety because you can do nothing to warn them. You must helplessly watch them proceed to their certain doom.  That sense of helpless despair which is only temporary and contrived in a movie setting, is the kind of feeling that I experienced as I became empowered with the detecting and analytical powers of the General Systems Theory paradigm and Metaphysical (Spiritual) Paradigms that form the foundation for OT/MP.

For definable reasons, I saw that this nation and even the entire of humanity are on a disastrous rendezvous with a scale of destruction of vast and permanent proportions.  Driven by our ignorance of our out of control egos with their lust for power and control, our capacity for abuse in every dimension of civilization has transcended our Spiritual capacities to Know and understand even their presence, let alone understand or predict the adverse impact these abuses are causing on our physical, emotional and Spiritual health.  Evil effects of this lack are already occurring at every level of human and biological system complexity. Many experience a sense of growing discomfort and "dis-ease", but are unable to focus their concerns so as to cope with them. Some of the symptoms for such concerns are the topics for two of the introductory dialogues.

But even the urgent symptoms are not yet being adequately addressed or even detected by most of our national or world leaders because they are part of the core problem. Most decision makers seem oblivious to these indicators.  Those few who do see the danger are using impoverished conceptual models to try to cope.  OT/MP will reveal why no intellectual solution alone can be made to work.  Even those of well meaning goals and objectives find that they must compete with other ego interests and vie for control of these "solutions," thus enervating them. The more damaging of these threats are addressed within OT/MP.

From that sense of earnest despair and moved by Love for my own dear ones and our larger humanity, I felt compelled to create OT/MP. I  began more than 20 years ago in other formats as my part in trying to make a positive difference to reverse the potentially disastrous trends I observed even then.  The great British prime minister Winston Churchill profoundly and confidently proclaimed at the grim outset of World War II, as many predicted certain disaster and the end of England under German patterns of conquest, "A prediction is not a destiny."  And so it was, and so it is.
