This summary will be organized for you to see all elements of OT/MP in the context of the whole.  An extended allegory is presented in which you can observe individuals consumed by the self importance of their egos as they plot to take over the world.  To seriously propose such a plot could seem outrageous and melodramatic at the outset. But in fact, OT/MP suggests that you assume just for this exercise, that there is such a plot, and that this plot is already well advanced.  Assume that multiple versions of such plots are being advanced by competing interests only one of which is likely to prevail.  Look behind the daily headlines to asses whether the story line in the allegory is closer to fact or fantasy.

The importance of this allegory is to reveal the intellectual vulnerability that must insure the failure of such plots.  The empowering dimension of this plot are the enormous egos of the conspirators.  The only serious question is how much damage, and to whom, will the wreckage of their plot eventually reveal.  Wholly vested in their ego intellects, they are Spiritually impoverished.  They believe that their exceptional intellectual capacities, combined with their ruthless determination to exploit the networks of power they command will win the day for them. They earnestly believe that their fondest ambitions for total world power will be fulfilled.  The Spiritual counterpoint that accompanies their plot will show that they are wrong, why they are wrong, and what you and I, and others, must do to stop them before their own foreordained failure creates the ultimate havoc that will be their only just reward, but which will consume all of us who have allowed it to come to pass.

The final phase of SSPBPM  plan of conquest is to use their assembled pyramid to suddenly and ruthlessly suppress the rights of their workers and functionaries by means of the law that has been contrived to serve their purposes. This aspect of their plan is well underway in the discrediting and empowerment of worker unions, and the triumph of capital over work [Wolman & Colamosca, 1997]  As "justified" by their array of laws contrived for their benefit, they begin to act through their enforcer personnel they have carefully placed throughout their power pyramid.  These personnel include not only the military and police, but special security personnel, moles, and clandestine operatives who have as their antecedents, the Nazi gestapo and Russian KGB.  Any hint of opposition (equals disloyalty) is ruthlessly and secretly snuffed out. 

At this point in their scheme, the bonds of the power monger's control are so tight there is no way for an opposition to form so as to grow a meaningful base of collaboration because the essential communications media is either co-opted, constrained, denied, or monitored.  The public is now "rewarded" for decades of apathy and indifference (well underway today.)  Those who are responsible for this neglect in the past and today will find themselves born again into the results of their neglect.  They will find themselves in bondage as literal economic and political slaves to their power monger masters.  Then begins decades, perhaps centuries, of decline until the initial discipline of the controlling coalition becomes enervated by inevitable internal war-of-all-against-all power struggles. This grows and abounds until ultimately, a critical mass of the tortured public finally reaches a point where it is better to die even in futile opposition than to serve under the evil that has consumed them.  Perhaps today's more cynical public will not wait as long as did the Jews of Warsaw's 1938 "Krystallnacht" ghetto.  They waited until it was too late and got the holocaust. 

The values and attitudes surrounding the nature and use of personal power is a major indicator of the Spiritual Truth of an individual, an organization or institution, and the whole of a society.   Individuals from birth are nurtured in these values. They take on the quality of their family and society in all of its aspects and dimensions.  They are as oblivious to these influences as a fish is to the water in which it lives. 

Individuals in turn contribute to the Spiritual character of all that they influence, their friendship circles and family, their schools, communities, organizations, and the whole of society.  They are caught up in an interactive dance that is greatly influenced by the nature of their Karmic legacy, their level of Spiritual unfoldment, and the opportunities that they detect or the challenges they face in their life. 

Each person's challenge is to recognize that they are caught in a house of worldly mirrors whose illusions are created and interpreted by their ego intellect. They can only find their ultimate peace and identity through the door way of of an awakened and empowered Spiritual Consciousness.  Admission requires the entry key of initial Spiritual awakening.  Until their intellect is informed by a vital Spiritual Consciousness, they remain caught in an intellectual labyrinth of confusion, error, frustration, disappointment, heartbreak, and Spiritual death.   Examine the conditions in our society by these criteria. 

Now return to the remainder of the concluding epilogue of, Outrageous Truth: A Mystical Paradigm.  Examine your life from the summary of Spiritual Principles from which the allegory of the SSPBPM revealed itself.  Ask, "Where am I on the scale of Spiritual Unfoldment?  What is my next task?  What will I do?"

The nature of this clandestine meeting reflects what may be happening at various gathering places that are favorite pleasure grounds of the power elite.  Some are formal conferences such as the Fortune Global World conference that met in Washington D.C. in mid November, 2002.  Leaders from all over the world met there to "conduct business" and to plot and scheme in the back rooms of various hotels.  But such meetings, although frequently held under different guises, are not as insidious as those meeting held by power monger conspirators. 

Consider for example the annual retreat held at a pleasure dome in  Bohemian Grove, California. Attendance there is by invitation only. Only selected CEOs, selected members of congress, federal agencies, and the military are invited, but no reporters.  Such meetings, we are told, are just for fun, just to get away, to gambol among the groupie flesh pots, to drink and play golf and cards. No business permitted or conducted.  Sure.
 

Conspiracies are almost impossible to prove because disguises and deceptions are part of their design.  At one level they seem so outrageous, but at another so reasonable.  Conspiracies of the kind presented in OT/MP do not begin as a fully formed plan,  They happen, like you know what.  At a crucial point, some organizing intellect, unencumbered by Spiritual Consciousness, suddenly perceives an opportunity to orchestrate a coup over some limited domain of control. He/she has the ambition, determination, and ruthlessness required by the goal, and is in the position to do it.   Success in such a coup breeds ambition.  Only after the power monger assembles a cadre of allies in his cause can the conjunction of subsequent events be correctly labeled a conspiracy. 

Nor are conspiracies as tidy and melodramatic as suggested in OT/MP for literary convenience.  The same fuzziness by which conspiracies coalesce and advance also makes them difficult to detect and track until they have nearly achieved their insidious goals.  OT/MP argues that there is such an informal conspiracy of power mongers today.  They are far more subtle than the Al Qaeda international terrorist conspiracy, but far more insidious, better organized and advanced than the public is capable of comprehending, or willing to admit if they do comprehend its presence.  Such a conspiracy functions under the real protections of our democratic ideals and principles, and is especially hidden within the sheltering and sacred myths of capitalism and our American "free" enterprise. 

To those who still wish to deny the assertions of OT/MP and not step out of their comfort zone to identify and deal with this conspiracy of power mongers, or if you remain fearful, reluctant or unwilling to risk taking action as a whistle blower or other activist, then you will do as you please.  But in doing so, you should remember that:

Life is RAW, and the dynamics of Karma and Reincarnation wait patiently in the wings to deliver their perfectly patient, perfect Justice to those deserving in accordance with the C/consciousness that creates and empowers their deeds. For this fate there can be no intellectual defense, no convenient alternative, no political escape route, no appeal to the "God of our fathers," and no controllable means of diluting the certain arrival of GOD's Perfect JUSTICE.  And so in the constant Presence of the Spiritual Principles outlined in OT/MP,  by design or by default, we will all make our choices.

This appendix is an unedited compilation of evidence from specialist writers in various aspects of the pyramid of power through 1993. These men and women have written credible criticism of abuses of power and control in aspects of our society in which they had become credible commentators.   This author has not had time to continue that critique into the current date, except as already included in OT/MP.  This information is provided for those who want to see that these preconditions required for the loss of our democratic freedoms was already well underway by the last two decades of the 20th century.  But the public slumbers and even continues to permit or promote the dominance of the right wing values and causes that nurture those preconditions. 

The concluding text that follows suggests that humanity is in an ongoing state of both intellectual and Spiritual unfoldment.  We are heading toward an "omega zone" where each of us is a fully developed Spiritual life form. As such we are liberated from fear and worldly desire.  We are no longer enslaved by our ego and its intellect, and the compelling ego driven illusions and distraction with which it controls and torments us. 

Each of us is a Pilgrim a Sacred Being, destined to find our own Path to that destiny. But as of now, most do not know there is such a path, and many who do know have strayed from that path, seduced by the ego intellect to suffer the torments of the wilderness.  Listen to the voices crying in the wilderness.  We must help each other find and stay on the Path to that Sacred Destiny. The only valid and sure Spiritual Path is defined and directed as the Path of Love.

The first Phase of OT/MP is concluded.  The second phase  is in preparation.  Phase II will focus on applications of OT/MP.  The mediation project that has been presented here is accessible, but only in prototype form.   It will be revised to become integrated with OT/MP because the basic concepts of C/consciousness and the three ego overlays are more fully developed in OT/MP than in the prototype mediation section.  Then there will be additional applications of the principles of OT/MP to create cradle to grave tribal communities, a three tier economic system, governance that is informed by the ideas of Plato's Republic, Spiritual interventions for a unique form of criminal rehabilitation, and dynamic educational programs grounded in Spiritual (not religious) principles.
