As the worldly expressions of power continue to grow in the form of various power amplifiers, i.e., business enterprises, including the banks, money has always been an essential ingredient in managing these business power amplifiers beginning in the last century.  But the use of money requires that the regulations that govern their use be in place. Therefore, the management of money itself through controlling the rules of money now becomes its own focus of concern. to the power brokers and mongers.

The intent to exploit others by use of any  force including control of symbolic power markers is a violation of Spiritual Law as recognized and enforced by the early Christian church before its was corrupted at the time of the renaissance.  Why? Because it places a debtor in bondage to the person(s) who define the debt and has coercive means of enforcement. But these means are defined by secular laws they themselves have created. The exploiters own the laws.  The early church prohibited lending under any condition until the 16th century. [NOTE]

At first, the brokers of power markers themselves were only the money lenders until they became organized into banks.  But now, power markers that substitute for money extends to all kind of binding paper that holds a person or institution accountable to another person or institution. To say "institution" or "corporation" in these references is to mean the controlling power brokers or power mongers. 

This bondage is arranged by secular laws and rules that make victims vulnerable for their very livelihoods, no matter how many benefits may otherwise be derived. Now that culture of bondage is managed by the Federal Reserve banks of the United States. [Greider, 1978] [evidence]

It is impossible to fully account for the costly waste of resources this system imposes on the earth.  It does not account for the waste of human resources and talent that must be perverted for all who are forced to participate in these evil games, including those forced to participate simply because they must somehow earn a living.  No serious effort has been made to catalogue the scale and scope of this waste.  The PMs who have already compromised the regulatory elements of the government will never permit such an accounting. Yet this is a task a number of you are assigned to complete. 

Others are assigned to build an alternative economy based on Spiritual Principles.

Those of you who are assigned to build a Spiritually grounded economy need to insure that all power markers are distributed fairly, allowing for the necessary material rewards that our humanity is still too primitive to do entirely without. 

You will build a three tier economy which ensures that each person born to earth is economically placed as a moral equivalent with all others in terms of having both equal rights and opportunity to acquire and use the power of money. In this they must also have equal  empowerment to acquire the subsistence they need to survive.  [See details in the Applications Section of the MP]

You will implement guaranteed cradle to grave equal right to obtain access to the following economic tiers of support.   Access now depends mostly on the fortuitous birth of each person to a gate that admits them to sufficient economic power and their capacity for predatory ruthlessness to acquire more over others:

Tier 1~ Basic Rights:
Access for all born to earth, at no cost, to serve their basic needs:
security
shelter
clothing
food
health
education
cultural expression
spiritual unfoldment 
justice

The accompanying duty and obligation for each person to benefit from these rights is the equally enforced requirement to prepare for and enter some form of productive work suitable to their talents.

Tier 2~ Right to Benefit From Individual Achievement:
Guaranteed right to compete against one's self for excellence in any endeavor valued by the public good with appropriate recognition and added economic reward when such excellence is achieved to the benefit of others.  Any definition of excellence must be measured against worldwide standards of excellence for every valued task, e.g., 
academic achievement through various degree levels of professional accomplishment
craftsmanship and technological performance at levels of excellence measured by objective criteria,
inventiveness measured by creation of creative, tangible and effective concepts and the products and services that follow
scale of service to others measured by objective criteria demonstrating improved health, economic, ecological health, and educational status of the public
improvements to industrial, scientific, journalistic, educational, entertainment, judicial and other systems as measured by adoptions of such contributions and the measurable positive impact of such inventiveness.

The benefits derived from success in Tier 2 challenges take the form of permanent additional annual discretionary funds.  These are provided over and above each individual's basic birthright subsistence defined as Tier 1. 

Tier 3:  Right to Risk Entrepreneurial opportunity:
This is a right to greatly benefit from individual creativity and innovation contributed in the face of risk.  The qualified individual can compete to provide optimum solutions to national and international problems established by the elected governance, and society's needs based on assessment and market performance. The entrepreneur can invent and create improved benefits to humanity in the areas identified as need.

Some of you are being assigned to arrange for each person who succeeds at Tier 2 levels of accomplishment, to be provided a seed grant of money as a life time trust fund worth 100 times their projected annual income.  When they propose an entrepreneurial investment, they contribute this as its seed money.  Society funds the rest.  If successful, they are returned their seed money, and additional benefits in accordance with the rules set for that activity. When they fail, they loose that money, but the Tier 1 and Tier 2 resources and livelihoods of those affected by that failure are not compromised.

When alternative solutions to the same or similar problems are proposed  by different groups, funding sources will be provided to each to set those groups in competition with each other.  The "winner" acquires the "pot" which is shared by all who served the winning team. But when a hybrid solution is proposed among competing entrepreneurs, an additional bonus is added to the "pot." Then each team contributing to the hybrid divides the "pot" with each person or group being given a percent from the bonus "pot" in accordance with the scale of  their contribution as voted on by their group.  By this means, collaboration creates a greater reward that success in competition alone.

So called "Losers" are not permitted to benefit and they lose what individual funds they may have contributed form their birthright trust fund, i.e.,  there is no bail-out, no "golden parachute."  However, in spite of their entrepreneurial losses, their basic first and second tier gains are always preserved.

Another assignment for some of you will be to have drug dependency officially recognized as the disease it is.  The profits from illegal drugs must be removed from the economy.  The legalization of drugs will permit measured doses of drugs to those who are dependent on them. Those dependent should be required to choose between a course of rehabilitation that frees them of drugs, or if unwilling to submit to such discipline, for them to be incarcerated and maintained at the subsistence level while being allowed to die as a suicide by precipitous or chronic drug overdose.

We have discussed the general strategy required to aggregate commercial power amplifiers and obtain control of the hidden and more complex subsystems and networks of our society.  These systems include groups, institutions, private organizations and public sector government.   In the "Battle of the Pacific" strategy used by General MacArthur during W.W.II., he did not need to conquer every single island controlled by the Japanese in order to defeat them. He focused only on the logistical centers, and by conquering them, all the rest fell into defeat.

Likewise, we only need to identify and control a critical mass of the power amplifiers and regulatory machinery before they fall into our hands such that the public and electorate are helpless to respond. Now, with that overall strategy in mind, let us examine in detail our most important and vulnerable foundation goals and objectives within this plan.

We start with the economy and the institutions and rules that regulate it.  Econo-monger, tell us how your have approached your assignment.

Econo-Monger: I begin by applying our rule number nine. 
Rule 9: Create and Manage Power Amplifiers and Networks of Information as Required for the Control of Power markers, e.g., Money:
Our enemies who compete must be rendered powerless by all economic and legal means. We are not the only ones struggling to obtain dominant power and control over goods and services. We must account for international competition from already oppressive governments and their subsidized commercial extensions [e.g. British and French aerospace industries] who challenge us as our competition. 

We use the economic tools of corporate acquisition by outright purchase and/or by taking control of opposing stock through hostile if not friendly takeovers.  The public has no idea in hell what the implications are in all this for them. 

In this  game, the economists are our priests, the lawyers are our soldiers, the legislators our pawns, and the accountants are our scorekeepers.   We use sports and entertainment to distract the public as we deal with our economic and political enemies. We must also deal firmly with naive but potentially threatening members of the watch dog public.  They must never become politically organized to effectively oppose us. 

MM: Mr. Econo-Monger, how will we pyramid money as a source to sustain our power?  What rule directs the key strategic element in orchestrating our growing network of commercial and industrial power?

Rule 10: Create legitimate unassailable "point sources" of power as the optimum strategy for our organization to become totally dominant.
Econo-Monger:  For example, at Stage 3 of our plan, in addition to banks as an obvious target, the small number of regional energy [electric, gas] companies are other examples of point sources of power. They exclusively dominate within their regions. All who live and work there are beholden to them for any powered equipment, from desktop computers, to large industrial machinery, to the heat and light in their homes. 

At the beginning, there are no other competing energy companies in their region, but they are still regulated to some extent by local or regional government.  Under the code name "Privatization" we seek to disable what regulation there remains in order to consume and control any competing energy entity, whether local to national.   The we raise prices and costs to the consumer as high as we can get away with. 

We depend upon the inherent greed of politicians as we use money to buy and control them as our pawns in this process. This regional pyramid of power gives our management special capability to influence local governments without being distracted by competition. 

Of course power companies today do have to deal with local and national regulatory bodies. But as we have discovered in some cases, crucial votes can be arranged to create or remove law in our favor. Selective deregulation of the electrical and other public service industries have been some of our greatest tactical victories. For now we are able to consume smaller competing energy companies when they fail. To achieve these goals, we must function in secrecy, behind closed doors. If the public only knew what transpired behind Dick Cheney's closed door meeting for setting energy policies in 2001, they would go nuts.  But we successfully beat back their efforts to break our seal of secrecy.   As we progressively control the politicians at every level of governance, the frustrated public can only gnash their teeth. 

Unfortunately some of managers in our network have been impatient, and tried to prematurely exploit their authorized dominance with unfortunate results.  We were most successful in California until things got out of control.  We dare not be so reckless in the future.  I will be speaking with these undisciplined elements myself. 

Now we are already applying the pyramid principle directly to banks on the national and international levels by means of forming our international corporate conglomerates that blend banks with other point sources of control.  The ultimate military victory we expect in Iraq, and our control over its so called "nation building" and resources further empowers us. We have arranged for only approved entities to enter into the so called competition for the delicious pie of Iraqi reconstruction and its oil based power markers and power amplifiers.  Iran will be next, but we must move carefully.

Region by region, we establish and enforce our worldwide dominance. Once achieved, we reach into governments to either manipulate, manage and arrange to outright own their regulatory systems the public thinks protects them from any corporate excess.

We already laugh at the machinations by which we manipulate oil prices,  Any hiccup will do.  An accident damages a small part of a refinery, and up goes the prices all over the country.  Political instability in any part of the oil world is suitable. It's so easy that we have to be careful not to go too far too fast.  There are watchdog groups who could expose us. Worse, there are potential whistle blowers within our own organizations who are only constrained by fear of what will happen to them if they betray our cause.  But there are even more urgent concerns.

Right now the Islamic members of the oil cartel are waging serious economic war to remove an administration and its President who are friendly to our cause.  They have forced oil prices so high during the spring and summer of 2004, that the public is being driven to find a scapegoat which, unfortunately, will be to remove the Republican party we mostly control.  We must maintain the official posture that we are not at war  with Islam.  But we have long recognized that Islam is at war with us under the mandates of their Koran. [evidence] If we can't get those oil prices down, and I'm working behind the scenes to do this, then we will need a preemptive scorched earth war with every Islamic nation so that there are no survivors. It more and more appears that this is the only alternative they will allow us in order to resolve the terrorist problem which these nation are allowing to do their dirty work. 

Another area affecting money and banks we must continue to control, is to keep the illegal drugs flowing.  Laundered drug money constitutes and enormous portion of profits to our banks.  Not only is money laundered through our banks, our books are cooked so that the flow of that money is not traceable.  Should drug abuse ever become classified as an illness, so that drugs my be purchased legally under controlled conditions, we will have a fiscal disaster on our hands.  It is not an accident that there is intense political opposition to any suggestion that society legalize drugs.

In the meantime, we can successfully arrange the federal and state regulations to bring banking and all important scarce natural resources under our direct control, e.g., coal, oil, uranium, copper, gold, and titanium. To insure success in this objective we must arrange and make legitimate the desirability of unregulated semi monopolies, but only after they can be controlled by us.  We have done this in the past through the airlines, the energy industry, basic industry (steel) and some raw materials industries (e.g., copper,) and the overall transportation businesses.  We do it now by accumulating more and more banks under our control. Now we are moving to acquire absolute control of the key areas of the information industry."  In this we have only begun and the task is daunting. 

It did not take long for the early power brokers to realize that ultimate access to wealth lie in control of the money supply.  Let others sweat and strain in the various commercial enterprises to produce the products and services that create that wealth.  It was inevitable that they would have to enter into money transactions to translate their productivity into personal power (money.)  Only then could they buy and protect their pleasure and continue to fund the resources that energized their livelihoods.

At this point, the management of money itself became a focus, but its relationship to power was still only intuitively grasped by a few of  those who owned the controlling share of the money, e.g., J.P. Morgan, at the beginning of the 20th century.  Money was still seen by the larger public in its minimal function, as a medium of exchange. Its value was limited to the capacity to purchase the products of what was being exchanged, grain, cattle, tools, market supplies, fabric, and now the services of workers themselves.

But the processing of money became extremely complex and even more so when international markets became viable.  The foundation value of money as a key to the management of power amplifiers was grasped by only a few.  The heirs of those few are now being addressed by the MM in terms of the Real function of information, control of which is essential to controlling the status of money, i.e., to cope with and control the uncertainty that defines the status of money. That status can adversely affect the health of power markers and power amplifiers. .

Today, uncertainty about money and economics, and the risk associated with the behavior of corporations is projected not only to stock holders, but downward to those workers who create the wealth for their employers.  To them is passed the risk of failure of the power brokers.  The power mongers are products of a society that by every word and deed committed by its power brokers, their values place money over work. [re Woleman & Colamosca, 1987]  This is a primal violation of Spiritual Law.  For the sole benefit of, and at the convenience of the owner in protecting their power markers and amplifiers, workers are cast into the street regardless of the damaging effects on their families and the communities in which they live.   This is a practice that can only be permitted in a society that is Spiritually impoverished.  In this they earn an evil Karma.

Noble experiments to correct this evil have failed.  In the early 20th century, the ideals of communism were betrayed by the massive politicized (power oriented) bureaucracy it created. The locus of power migrated quickly from the people, the so called proletariat that communism was to serve, to the ruthless, Spiritually impoverished, and out of control ego of Joseph Stalin and his inner circle of lackeys.  These controllers were as ignorant of Spirituality then as these power mongering corporate controllers are today. 

These capitalist power mongers, instead of dismissing religion as "the opiate of the people," have co-opted its right wing members to actually support the mythology of predatory capitalism they create and nourish. The ideals of socialism were betrayed by internal ego conflicts and need to control resources by the managers of these systems.  Of course various socialist experiments (including national level experiments in Chili, Central America and Cuba) were foiled by the agents of predatory capitalists such as you are observing in this meeting of the SSPBPM. 

This corruption of the socialistic ideal led to gross waste and inefficiency. Successful populists have been swept into public office on pledges of reforming massive political corruption. The public who hopefully elected them were quickly betrayed when political success and adoration quickly transformed their ideals into a tactical commitment to self serving ego gratification, e.g., Huey Long of early 20th century Louisiana  politics. 

Elected on a platform of populist appeals to remove the rampant corruption that was Louisiana politics, he quickly did so, but replaced it with his own networks of corruption. Having destroyed the promise the public had elected them to deliver, he then was himself killed by those he subsequently trampled. [re Huey P. Long.] 

Today, populist movements languish in their own ego created isolation from each other.  They enervate and consume their idealistic potential by remaining preoccupied with their own intellectually contrived paradigms and goals, even those that can be Spiritually validated. They deny each other access to a plurality of the voting public that yearns to enlist in their cause.  They waste themselves and their promise.  Recall, that no intellectually defined model can be caused to succeed outside of its reflection of Spiritual Law.

Some of you are assigned to penetrate promising populist movements and bring to their leadership the MP's concepts of Spiritual Truth. They must come to understand the urgent Spiritual necessity for them to surrender their ego needs as expressed through their narrow political identity to create and serve a common, Spiritually anchored populist and progressive political victory. 

Efforts of any populist or reform group to achieve a political victory without first surrendering of their leadership's ego involvement with their own intellectual paradigm will remain denied victory. 

To succeed they must be guided through the path to expanded Consciousness. Then they can enter into the kind of collaboration that is itself a model and demonstration of Spiritually grounded empowerment.  The public is thirsting for such a demonstration.

Next you will observe the PM's change of emphasis to achieve control over the government's information resources which is the most dangerous phase for them. It will become the most ruthless and costly objective for which they have already begun their struggle, depending upon how soon the public becomes alert and attempts to stop them.  Therefore, as did Hitler in pre Nazi  Germany, through Goebbels and his propaganda machine, look for the SSPBPM to apply various techniques to keep the public confused, distracted and disorganized. Notice how they use low consciousness types [groinicks] to harass populist and socialist candidates and activity.   Observe them find and put forward innocent parties to be made scapegoats for the adverse fallout from their destructive tactics.  Look to them to attempt to enervate the politically neutral forces of public broadcasting and the Internet so as to deny their reports and information access to a public thirsting for reliable information. 

As Builders assigned to this area, you will have to call upon your deepest Spiritual reserves. Once your blocking intent is discovered by the PMs, at the least, you will be cast out of the livelihood upon which you depend. But at the extreme worst, you could be removed from life itself.  Of course, on this side of life, you know what a blessing that is to you, to be restored to these Realms.  Accordingly, while in your earthly bodies you must overcome your ego's natural fear of being destroyed with courage of a type anchored in your deepest Spiritual Truth. 

Remember to maintain the constant practice of prayer and meditation.  You now understand their function. These are your only resources to help you navigate in those dangerous waters and bring you safely through to achieve your assignments. 

Master Monger:
  "Econo-Monger has a major responsibility.  But there is something he needs control over in order to insure that he will be successful in managing and pyramiding the power marker and power amplifier entities to which he is assigned.  We are now moving strongly to control this arena, the information arena.  Mr. Info-Monger, how are you arranging to estimate, protect and expand our power position these days?  How do you prepare to deal with any opposing threat?"

Info-Monger: I apply our eleventh rule. 
Rule 11.  Control and Management of Uncertainly and Information:
  By this rule we can recognize and correctly estimate the dynamic conditions in nature and the marketplace described as "uncertainty." Then, on our terms, in support of our interests, we transform uncertainty into definable structure, data, and then information.  That we apply information through communication to control the information that directs our power amplifiers to transform the undesirable status called "uncertainty" into the desired status we call "certainty" or "information." 

Certainty translates into reliable knowledge about all factors affecting our plan.  Then we can use the information thus acquired to communicate with and manage the entities we control. Likewise we can oppose and confound the efforts of our enemies.  Our networks of control and influence can then reliably coordinate our power amplifiers and their information resources to both strategically and tactically outwit and out maneuver our enemy.
"Uncertainty" is the questionable status of a system of interest for both the present and/or its future.  Economists and insurance underwriters refer to it as risk.  We examine the fundamental nature of risk.   Risk or uncertainty creates a mental phenomenon experienced emotionally as doubt, anxious stress, or even fear.  Uncertainty affects us and the behavior of others and the power amplifiers we control.  Stock brokers have created devices to manage uncertainty, such as stock margins and hedges. Deception and cheating often works better as long as you can get away with it. 

Uncontrolled uncertainty can adversely affect our interests except when we can control the information others have access to.  Therefore we must control and acquire all relevant information sources and place ourselves in a position to filter it to others.  The we can bias or distort the information they require, or create outright disinformation. 

I am placing our moles within the statistical and accounting elements of our government to arrange for information to be created and passed to serve our needs but not the needs of others, and to corrupt the information relied on by others. I am acting to have the government be empowered to serve our political objectives by providing politicized information packages to the media without having to identify their source.  [Evidence] 

For than reason we are installing our lackeys in high places in government agencies responsible for statistical analysis and reports of the economy, population data, trends, interior department data, the EPA, the IRS, all agencies concerned with record keeping and analysis. And of course we already own the Federal Reserve banking system which actually runs the country by setting its economic policy and practices. [re Greider, 1987] We are almost positioned to process the information of as many competing systems (power amplifiers) as may be relevant to any system of interest that can affect  us. Then we edit, I should say "cook," the reports these entities put out to competitive corporations and the public.  First, we detect all information relative to our activities.  Second we disseminate both processed information and disinformation to control our networks and confound the networks of others. 

MM: Excellent.  Tracking of the private actions of individuals are already well underway through the recently enacted and court approved "Patriot Act."  While, officially, this is intended only for tracking the terrorists among us, ah! ha! ha! thanks to our own agents we have been installing in the various agencies of our government, we already are making other uses of it. We will progressively tighten our economic and political control over our opposition.

For example Comcast (a national cable and internet services provider,) and a number of other companies that provides Internet related services have already attempted to quietly track all the Internet activities of its subscribers.  But when they were discovered, opposition reaching the congress caused such inquiries allegedly to be shut down. I assure you this is only a temporary setback.  But this illustrates the difficulty of achieving this objective. We are working to make the public watchdogs blind to these intrusions.  These leads to rule number 12.

Rule 12.  Control Access to, and the Structure of Information Required by Other Entities:
We are working to insure that any opposition is made helpless to object or to act in any meaningful way.  Our increasing control of the public distribution and accessibility of information will be slowly constrained such that only we and our agents can make effective use of it. Our goal in constraining our competition is to provide them decreasing options to compete in every area, beginning with disruption of their free access to public (government) information. 

We must soon act to deny or corrupt high speed Internet access to ISP [Internet Service Providers] providers until we can use their access to monitor their activity. We must somehow impose a tax or user fees on the Internet to filter out the economic lower classes who might use that resources to adversely affect our strategy. The Internet is the greatest single resource for information that can be used by the general public as well as the watchdog zealots to discover and interfere with our activities. 

As we steadily compile a vault of information on individuals, groups and organizations, a vault accessible only to us, we profile them in ways that show us who can be exploited, and who can be safely ignored, and especially those we need to challenge or eliminate as a threat to our activities.  The latter groups include the likes of Ralph Nader, Jim Hightower, Thom Hartmann, and every other socialist, populist, or progressive action group.

MM: Tell us about the role of privatization that was mentioned earlier, the virtues of which we now loudly proclaim.

Info-Monger:
The general rule that supports privatization for us is: Uncertainty must be caused to exist everywhere outside of our group. Control of an opponent's information sources always creates our best potential to threaten those whom we want to shut out from information.  For example, we are trying to take over control of those government agencies who are supposed to provide objective information about the economy and other aspects of our society to the public. We argue that privatization (owned by us) can improve the efficiency and reliability of such data. 

But if this objective information is permitted to exist outside of our control, without our influence and manipulation, or if it continues to be freely disseminated, it can expose our networks of power and influence, and eventually make public the performance and linkages among our interlocked power amplifiers as the source of our control.  For the foreseeable future, the truth in this data is almost always our enemy if it cannot be manipulated to protect us or promote only our success. It must not be made available to, or be manipulated by Congress or the public's watchdogs. Our own uncertainty about the actions of others and their power amplifiers is the first enemy of our loyal group's otherwise certain success.  This is where we are currently most vulnerable.

We must control not only to insure and protect our access, but any other entities' access to critical information.  Any form of uncertainty we encounter must be made certain for us.  We must be the first to not only detect the necessary information, but we must be in a position to exclude others from access to it, or at least distort what they find.  Then we must be able to use it to create disinformation as it suits our convenience to present to our enemies and the public. We hide our networks of influence as we expose our enemy's.  Only then can we explain, predict and exploit the direction and potential outcomes of all uncertain external commercial, economic and political factors and forces. 

We are acting now to acquire the means to detect information related to any economic or political condition or trend.  We must detect any other force or factor as may affect the behavior of those external entities that can affect us.  Included in these groups are all levels of government and such other public, populist, progressive, liberal, or private service institutions that may affect or impede our competition for control.

We must beat the drum loudly for our national myths and ideas.  We must identify those who oppose our causes alleging their opposition to patriotism. Our timing must be perfect, we must strike precisely, not too soon and not too late.  So, let us now turn to our campaign strategy to directly control the laws and regulations that define the governance process itself.

The natural regulation of all systems of the Cosmos are in accordance with the Sacred LAW.  There can be no violation of this LAW, there can only follow the consequences that are derived from how each of us relate to this LAW.  [review the metaphor of the gyroscope] You have come to  know the nature of this LAW through both your study and experience of Karma. 

Accordingly, the civil and criminal laws and the regulations of society must be a valid and faithful mirror of THE LAW.  But the civil and criminal law as it now exists in every part of the world is  profoundly corrupt. It has been created not from the sacred perspective and structure of the SPIRITUAL LAW, but from the narrow and exploitive criteria defined by grasping and fearful human egos.  It is amenable to even further corruption by those powerful secular forces who have the capacity and will to shamelessly warp it to serve the needs of their corporate and other masters regardless of the cost to others. 

But the law as it now exists can become a valid mirror of The Law of TRUTH only by Spiritually shaping it to be a faithful reflection of THE LAW. The profession of lawyers must become the most powerful source in the world for redefining the law to become a mirror of the LAW that guides its worldly manifestations.  Conformity to the Spiritual LAW is the only means by which a Spiritually grounded civilization can be made to work.  But as of now, lawyers, as a profession, represent one of the most debased, perverse and corrupted forces that constantly soil the hopes and ideals of humankind.

There are lawyers who intellectually  acknowledge this, are concerned, but feel powerless or fearful to advocate or implement serious change.  This is because their efforts are intellectually guided and devoid of Spiritual direction. Few professionals live and move solely in the ego intellect to the extent lawyers do.  No wonder they are usually perceived as cold and heartless. Thus they remain indifferent to the volumes of jokes that ridicule them and their debased profession. That you can not embarrass, shame, or humiliate a lawyer stands as the strongest indictment of their Spiritual emptiness. 

The rare exceptions stand in stark contrast. They actually use the law to unconditionally help others. A few attempt to routinely operate in good faith.  This is like trying to successfully reach a nobel goal by walking across a swamp of quicksand.  The more they struggle the faster they sink into the morass.

A smaller few have tried to apply their own rules and principles to attack and change the law. [Halt]  But to the extent these activists for reform are Spiritually anemic, they too remain ineffectual or they fight each other.  Those assigned to reform the law will be positioned to be positive influences in giving Spiritual depth and direction to such movements.

As lawyer employees of corporations, their activities suck up enormous amounts of the economic resources of humanity to be consumed on the flaming pyres of ruthless predatory competition and ego gratification as they serve the secular game of "King of the Mountain."  They daily debase their Spiritual potential as they strut and posture in that grandest of all forums for self serving ego gratification, the court. Some of you Builders are assigned to enter this sordid world and become an agent to help turn this sorry state of affairs around. 

Lawyers, because of the Spiritual lack, cannot recognize the evil puppet masters who create their fees and direct their lives for what they are and what they represent. [review "The Evil Puppet Master" and Interpretation]

Those of you who are assigned to become Builders in the law have an enormous task to hold fast in your Spiritual Consciousness in order to to deflect the worldly temptations of power and control inherent in the worldly law.   These are the siren calls of secular power served by the law.  As lawyers, you must interface with the highest political levels, both in the profession and in government.  You will be challenged to initially serve the puppet master even as you act to disconnect him/her from the sources of her/his power in the law. 

There is one single act that you can work to achieve, in collaboration with your Builder peers, that will quickly unravel the binders of the law as now controlled by the puppet masters of earth. That is to enact and enforce a new Master Law that makes cost free equal justice accessible to all, regardless of social or professional class.  [Re  Applications Section] There is no greater social innovation that would create the level playing field that is first required to unseat abusive corporate control over every aspect of civilized life, the evil of money over work 

But a Spiritually darkened public must first be prepared to act in support of such goals in the face of generations of contrary myths and beliefs that tell them they already have an acceptable process of justice however, imperfect.  No one who has been forced to use a lawyer, even in superficial matters, can fail to believe in their heart of hearts that the law and lawyers are in desperate need of profound reforms. 

Equal, cost free, access to the law, as the foundation of a truly impartial justice based on Spiritual Principles is the root for any Tree of Love to survive, let alone flourish on earth.  Cost free access to every level of justice for every human and every human social institution must become a fact of life as soon as possible.  Those of you who are assigned to create this condition have a daunting task, yet you will succeed because Truth always prevails in the end. 

There are already the beginnings for replacement of some of  forms of litigation with mediation and other systems of arbitration that depend on specialized KSAs [knowledge, skills, and abilities.] The skills required to mediate are exactly contrary to the adversarial life style of the lawyer. [see mediation application] Confrontation, domination and manipulation of win-lose justice through empty intellectual gymnastics must yield to Spiritually energized accommodation and collaboration based upon a mutual needs grounded win-win goal of serving the unarticulated needs of the disputants that energize conflict. 

This requirement acts as a stopper to many lawyers. Such lawyers are shaped in the ruthless win-lose adversarial tradition.  Some actually pretend to serve as mediators but they do not have the required Spiritual Consciousness. They fail to function effectively in promoting and mediating the alternative modes of collaboration and accommodation. They cannot overcome their roots simply by changing the name of their practice

Consistent with the Holistic Principles that undergird an application of Spiritual LAW, a unilateral approach that focuses only on transforming the law cannot be made to work.

Therefore one goal for you Builders being assigned to this area, is to initiate as quickly as you can, alternative education curricula for pre law candidates to study the dynamics of Spiritual Law (Metaphysics) and how it manifests in the world.  These Principles must, at the same time, also widely reach public and adult education programs at every level. 

 Only then can the dynamics of Spiritual Law be seen as relevant to the need to healing the civil and criminal laws of the world. Then the certain path to that achievement will become visible.

With these ideas in mind, not observe the plotting of the power mongers and their concept of  "the law."

Master Monger:
"Now you begin to see in growing perspective, the massive structure and direction of our pyramid of power. We must eventually control the enforcers who will ultimately act to eliminate any serious opposition by those whom we exploit.  Success with these rules of course first requires that the public be kept ignorant of the existence of how these rules are being created, shaped, and managed. At the least, the relevance of these rules to their needs must remain obscured.

We dare not allow that our detractors might be correctly understood. The public's continued ignorance is our warrant for our continued access to create and use the law to accumulate unparalleled social, economic and political power.   These are the unchallenged and unchallengable instruments of our will. 

The stupefied public will, by the time they first begin to catch on to their actual status and fate, be wholly dependent upon us for their literal livelihoods. Hence they become trapped.  Now we must ensure  that any reformer activists in "the law" are defeated.  How are we arranging for this Mr. Lawyer-Monger?"

Lawyer-Monger:  I am pursuing achievement of our thirteenth rule.

Rule 13: Absolute control of the "law" must be ours to insure our unchallenged access to control regulations and statutes.

You mentioned your concern, MM,  about smart people asking tough questions, and there is still the real possibility that we could loose control over them.  I am especially concerned about the academics and technocrats who serve as high level servants to the brain trusts within our own operations.

I mean those who might experience guilt and anger should they actually come to realize what they are a part of.   I am especially concerned about knowledgeable insiders in the money business who have strong personal ethics even within the ‘greed is good' mind set we depend upon for our businesses to succeed.  Such mentalities are not capable of even grasping let alone buying into our plan with its ultimate nobel destiny.  I refer to stock brokers, accountants, and even a few lawyers not fully debased by their law experience.

There are so many potential opponents who serve charitable causes outside of their work, who identify with and help the outcasts, who give generously, and are actual practitioners of a religion, who remain faithful to their spouses and children.  You know, the stereotypic ‘good guys/gals.' Nevertheless we are making the most of the more dangerous of them by co-opting them to serve as unwitting pawns to our plan. We can do this because, without challenge, they buy into the system of historical myths and those new ones we are promoting as we orchestrate "the law" to our favor, e.g., regulation equals government oppression.  Since, they cannot even imagine the idea of the scale and depth of the conspiracy we are successfully orchestrating, in order to maintain our successful status, we must make certain to hide these reasons within the law as we always do these things, that by telling the public that they are  "for your benefit."

We become especially vulnerable when highly educated, knowledgeable and ethical people begin loosing their jobs.  This cost is unfortunately necessary to reduce the human overhead of our power amplifying machinery. We must also focus on the discrediting and disintegrating the worker's unions.  A serious resurrection of their original power could restore the worker classes to more actual control, not only over our companies, but worse, over the politics of federal regulation. 

We must protect the law as it now stands, and our unchallenged capacity to create and administer it through the judges and legal system we have created.  We must never let them awaken and realize that, under their control, the government and its regulatory processes is is their best friend.

That could create a disaster for our cause.  Likewise we must enervate or discredit any Third Party activists and renegades, for example, Ralph Nader, and Dennis Kucinich, and those zealots at Halt [Americans for Legal Reform] and other like minded groups because they are attempting to change the rules of our game which, as you said MM, makes them our greatest enemy.

Therefore we must now begin to quickly move to a posture that permits us, by rule of law,  to acquire ultimate control over all law, rules and regulations that affect the nation's law enforcement activities. Money is power.  Power buys the laws our agents create, and the laws empower our justice and ever more power for us.  The Patriot Act is only our first step.

Now this is a most delicate matter. We are already publicly promote the issue of law enforcement and punishment that appeal to the knee jerk reactors and the simple minded in our society.  We must make certain that in the future, as public outrage grows at the evidence of injustice, the fallout of our succeeding plan, and as they are forced to accept their progressive loss of freedoms, we must have all avenues of legitimate opposition foreclosed, diluted, and compromised if not outright blocked.  If required, we need to goad them into lawless public acts, the worse the better.  Then the public, fearful of these uprisings and their implications for their own safety, will support the imposition of even more potent authoritarian rules and enforcement practices. 

That sense of betrayal and rage that first appears in fringe groups can get dangerously near out of control.  We must have the law completely in hand  when activist members of the public suddenly discover that the villains they have focused on are illusions defined solely by us, and not by anyone else. [recall the parable of the evil puppet master] 

Therefore, our ultimate goals, as the SSPBPM, are our complete control of the law and its enforcement.  At that point we can claim public justification for introducing the enforcer as a key player. Monger Rambo, we know you are waiting in the wings.  We are succeeding  thanks to the careful work of MM.

MM: Thank you Lawyer-Monger. But we have several stages before we must recruit Monger Rambo out of retirement for full scale service to our cause. 

Now during the establishment of our goals in stages seven through ten, there is a complimentary goal I have placed at its own stage, stage eight, the art of deception. The objective for this stage must be amplified and perfected to insure success in goals nine and ten.  Success is also essential to unsure our international success in these same objectives.

Success at stage 8 requires that we mask our activities and their implications in a protective veneer of distractions, deceptions, myths, and false images and symbols. Those goals relate to a special case of data and information management and mismanagement. 

We must expertly manipulate the face of reality to reflect what we want the public to experience and relate to. We need to insure the actual facts and information about the law, and every other aspect of our plan, remains hidden or distorted. To do this we will depend upon our associate in charge of myth management.

The typical compartmentalized secular mind is a product of contemporary educational practices. Pedagogy and rule dependent educational practice, limits the capacity of children to see what is in fact the full and complete picture. It disables their capacity to identify the relevant component of a complex problem or opportunity when it is outside the rules. A naive public believes that children go to school to learn what is important to society.  But instead, they learn from just about everywhere else what is important to them. 

Outside of school they are fed a Spiritually impoverished gruel of violent and depraved music, dance, and film/video experiences. There is little that goes on in school to counter this in an effective manner.  Almost certain to fail is any message that carries a moralizing tone.  The corruptions of religion create two extremes. 

At one extreme is a complete and total repudiation of any religious grounded value system. This includes any Spiritual component that may be present because it is erroneously rejected as being of religion. The other end of the continuum is for the child to becoming a slave to a religion, and offer mindless devotion to a particular moral and religious belief system. Often the child is caused to imprint on these beliefs and practices (as a chick imprints on the hen.)  They act to please the source to which they turn for validation, approval and support. [re The Parable of the Shoes] This is mostly result of childhood influences. 

But more often these days, a child imprints on the gods of secular materialism. This occurs most often where childhood prepares them for adolescence, that most vulnerable point in their life where they can be corrupted by peers and the peer culture. 

When this influence is evil, devoid of a Spiritual Presence, then they become the  zealots and fanatics that are capable to serve any extremist cause, religious or otherwise.  The drive for zealotry does not care whether it is the militant Islam of the Taliban, or the neoNazi of today, or the protestant fundamentalist craving for sectarian control over public realms of the law to impose their sectarian dogma on the rest of the society.

The public fails to understand the profound differences among the terms: training, education, knowledge and Wisdom.  They presume all of these terms to be identical with "education."  But they are not identical.

The greatest intellectual and Spiritual damage is done by the confusion between training and education, and between knowledge and Wisdom, especially as the earthlings use these terms. Most of their advanced degrees are now devoted to training of various kinds, from basic science, to engineering, to business.  Even the behavioral sciences focus on applications in the material world.  These "sciences" have been mostly devoid of any Spiritual dimension throughout most of the 20th century.  Yet that vitalized Spiritual dimension is is essential to insure humanity's peaceful and stable future. 

Although this status has already begun to change with an increasing awareness of the nature and importance of Spirituality and its rapprochement with hard science, your role whether you are assigned to serve in education, the media or entertainment is to integrate all of these applications to raise C/consciousness as to the Spiritual essentials that must become a part of human C/consciousness.

Little children seldom do what they are told, but they almost always do what they are consistently shown. The do what is repeatedly demonstrated to them by those whom the respect or fear.  At first it is their parents, then their peers until the complete high school. What is the source of what they are repeatedly shown?

On the one had, the schools are increasingly forced to focus the so called basics.  This is contrived by their corporate master to prepare the puppets they need to run their vast corporate machines. Puppet minds are reliable, obedient and safe.   Thinking minds are risky.  Wisdom minds are dangerous!

Consider the cesspool of Spiritually impoverished values that direct the media productions of today: film, television, games and simulations.  Such influences are guaranteed to desensitize our youth and prepare the world for the all consuming violence and depravity that has already been experienced on nine eleven, 2001 

These home grown versions are now trying to choose whether to joint the Islamic terrorists or form their own infrastructure.   This use of media is already being unleashed by the power mongers in preparation for their decisive moves to seize absolute power. The more disturbed and violence prone of our youth are eyeballed for the role of an ultimate enforcer, a gestapo police to reliably and ruthlessly serve their puppet master power mongers.

The incipient fears of a Spiritually dead person are resolved when they can transform them into hate and justifications for doing harm to any they can define as a target, or "out" person, or group.

One of your important roles, whether you are assigned to serve in education, the media, or entertainment, is to promote the nature and importance of Spirituality, and its rapprochement with hard science.  From whatever your perspective, you must integrate all of these applications to raise C/consciousness of the Spiritual essentials that must become an awakened part of every human C/consciousness.

This plan is contrived by the corporate masters to prepare the puppets of the future that they need to run their vast corporate machines. Puppet minds are reliable, obedient and safe. To the right wing fascistic mentality, thinking minds are dangerous, especially when those thoughts are alien to the simple ego serving values to which they cling. 

Consider the cesspool of Spiritually impoverished values that direct most of the media productions of today: film, television, games and simulations.  The gasoline already blown up to create the spectacular violence the public craves could probably fuel a major city for several years.  The litmus test for investing in an film has only one criteria, potential profit.  The rare presence of a Builder in their midst, e.g., a Stephen Spielberg, who occasionally celebrates the Spiritual elements of life in his films, stands out starkly. 

But influences that run counter to Spiritual Truth are guaranteed to desensitize our youth and prepare them for a world of all consuming violence and depravity, one that has already been experienced in downtown New York City on September 11, 2001.  It lurks everywhere in the economically disenfranchised world. 

Our home grown terrorist versions are now trying to choose whether to join the Islamic terrorists or form their own infrastructure.   This use of media are already being unleashed by the power mongers in preparation for their decisive moves to seize absolute power.  Films and TV celebrate gratuitous violence.  The more disturbed and violence prone of our youth are eyeballed for their role as an ultimate enforcer to staff a Gestapo-like police who will reliably and ruthlessly serve their puppet master power mongers.

The role and assignment for you Builders who will serve in these areas of media, education or entertainment is to integrate all expressions of media, education and journalism to serve a common standard of Spiritual ethics.  By this I do not mean moralistic.  You will nurture the decision makers in these industries to alter their obsession with the violent and depraved subjects with which they now obsess. 

You are to transform their marvelous creative talent into effective tools to nurture the Spiritual awakening and Consciousness of society.  This is your goal regardless of the audience for whom the product is prepared,  regardless of the area of application, i.e., whether focused on business, science, theology, entertainment, justice, and/or "the law." 

These include:
creative expressions of spiritual challenges and how they can be resolved
direct approaches to Spiritual metaphysics cast in real world examples
recasting old drama themes that now revel in vengeance and "lone ranger" themes and replace those ego grounded themes with Spiritual ascendance themes. 
serious dramatic attention to urgent social problems.
documentaries reflecting historically accurate topics supportive of Spiritual values that have made and kept this country the great one it is, but done with the same creative genius as found in the pure violence fantasies you will find today

Your role in both professional education and politics is to initiate a life long educational experience where members of the human race repeatedly cycle among education, training, and service to society, and to also evolve their Spiritual unfoldment through life long meditative retreat opportunities and education applications. 

Now notice how different this goal is from what the power mongers are plotting.

Media-Monger:  My task is to implement and insure that we benefit from r
Rule 14:

Rule 14: Create and maintain a cluster of myths, national priorities, and themes that act to divert public attention and energy away from substantive issues and threats, and to focus them instead on sensational irrelevancies. [This can be called, the care, stimulation, and feeding of the groinicks.]

Our principal weapon is our control over arcane legal manipulations that create vast international economic and information holding companies and business conglomerates. To mask these developments from an inquiring public, especially the populist and progressive gad flies, taking over education and the Media become our priority activities at the stage.  The public must never be allowed to understand the implications of any aspect of our plan. 

We already own the two major parties. The entrenched two party system allows us to easily ignore and stifle any third party opposition, such as that crazy, Ross Perot, we quickly shut down in the 1992 election, and Nader's green party, or that other populist idiot, Jim Hightower, and now the damnable bloggers such as Thom Hartmann and others. from Texas.  We shouldered Ralph Nader, our most potent threat out of sight and out of the public mind.  The democratic party has already shut down and ignored the populist messages of Dennis Kucinich and Al Sharpton in the 2004 election. 

Notice how we handled that.  Kucinich was an unknown.  Polls cannot show any strength for someone they don't know, no matter how much they would support his platform if they knew what it was.  We acted to keep him in the shadows.  Then we justified our ignoring him, based on the polls, hiding his message from wide spread public awareness.  We allowed the promotion of only Kerry, that one politician, although a democrat, that we have in our pocket, the one who knows and fears our rules, they one we can hold in check.  Now that is elegant political management

The sudden incursion of Ralph Nader into the process was our greatest real threat for his causes are already popular with the public. But we treated his entry into the race in the same way. We also used the media to portray his presence as a spoiler for the democrats, the role he served in the 2000 election. The function is OK provided it can be guaranteed.  But we dare not permit even the chance of a populist revolt.  The media treated him as a wild card, which in the public mind is equivalent to being unstable, crazy, off the wall, and unreliable.  Just like we transformed John Deans innocuous scream in a political appearance into a symbol of instability.  In this manner, we allow the public to defeat all those candidates that actually reflect their own best interest, while protecting our developing plan. We are the public's greatest enemy, if they only knew.  When we must present cameos of these real threats to us, we choose sensational little snippets, like something irrelevant they said on The Jay Leno Show, nothing of mind catching substance. 

In general, the media celebrates our victories in film, television, song, and dance.  The media and press must continue to serve as our tools for diverting and perverting the public's awareness of what we are accomplishing.  Those we can't pay and control, we keep in ignorance and/or we discredit or remove them.  Tell us, Myth Monger, more about how you implement Rule 15, to fulfill the requirements of Rule 14.

In addition to the commercial, cable, and satellite networks, we must also get control over public and non-profit broadcasting should they still dare to reveal any insight into the progress of our plans. We discourage the public from supporting them though memberships.  The public? ha!  As William Vanderbilt said to a journalist who was whining about corporate abuses of the public near the beginning of the 20th century, "Let the public be damned. I working for my stockholders."  He may have said it, but we are doing it.

Let them rage over the deceptions we have arranged so as to distract their attention and their energies. I don't mean the real or substantive issues close to our activities, I mean pornography, abortion, immigration, drugs, and whether or not politicians are having sexual affairs.  Ha! Ha! Ha!  I can't help it.  Forget porn as a distraction.  When I think of the energy and attention we have focused on "the national debt" as our only major national problem, as though it behaved by the same laws that crash airplanes, I laugh. 

When we lost control of the white house during the Clinton years, the debt was damn near paid off.  It almost ruined some of our banks who own most of the paper. The same concern exists for us if we permit them to legalize drugs. That would cut off the vast flow of drug money through our banks and offshore resources that we launder each day [see Hoffman, 1980].  I can't help laughing at it. 

MM: Pompous academics, all of them, our paid witch doctor economists, all of them, they all pontificate certain disaster if this abstraction is not paid off.  Of course we can insure that their prediction comes true by our rules. Now we are funneling hundreds of billions of dollars into our corporate coffers through defense, security and rebuilding poor war torn countries, ha! ha!  But in the year preceding the Sept. 11, 2001 disasters, we could not afford even millions for social support programs.  So, as long as we do not become reckless, we can never be harmed.   The greed, ignorance and apathy of the public will float us gracefully into ultimate power.  We are almost there.  The gadflies criticize the current Bush administration about ballooning the debt as though it were a problem.  But our puppet masters in his inner circles know why we ignore the growing debt.  Once we are in control,  we will quickly solve the national debt.  By a stroke of the law, we will simply repudiate it.  Then we have no debt burden. Now, tell us about how we will use Rule 16 to manage the public perception of our reality as we move toward that day, Media Monger.

Rule 16: Control the Public Media
Media Monger: "Yes.  And I have arranged for a variety of help. Meanwhile, from the right, the so called ‘Christian' Coalition, our pious friends, condemn the liberals for us while they demonize for us the very goals of their own master liberal, Jesus. His goals were actually being accomplished by a generous government. I refer to the money consuming entitlement and service programs we despise, and the numerous private sector non-profit entities it supported.

MM: Ah! Ha! Ha! Ha! ‘Thank you Jesus!'  Ah!...  Ha ! Ha! Ha!--and now these Jesus freaks are zealously electing our lackeys to government from local school boards and city councils to the national Congress.  Oh! my!  Continue Media Monger.

Med M:  We arrange the headlines to validate for a mindless public how our right wing lackeys are already screwing the government into the dirt.  "The government," which was designed to be the obedient servant of the electorate, the so called masses, is swiftly becoming our servant.  It is being made increasingly powerless to regulate us, even to detect what we are doing.  Our last Congress gloated that it has caused major reductions in the Congressional staff offices themselves!  Imagine! The public cheers this removal of the very people that are actually assisting and protecting them by doing their work, the public's work. 

MM: Are they wondering why no one is returning their plaintive calls when they are trying to reach their representatives?   And everyone is cheering!  A fool's chorus.  AH! HA! HA! HA! Oh!  My!"

Med M:  Here is how rule 16 works. Interlock entities using all prior Stages of Control. Under the smoke screen arranged by our relentless media blitz, and by use of our right wing dupes, we orchestrate a sub rosé network of loyalists to head major corporate, institutional, agency and political decision points, including those officers that control the media corporations. These puppets do our bidding without hesitation so long as we keep them focused on their priorities we have defined as, growth, profit, and power.

MM: To insure the success of this strategy we must manage the media, our newsletters, and our other releases to all  elected bodies and their administrative agencies.  We direct them to continue to promote the following as legitimate, indeed, as scientific principle: 
the doctrine of economic scarcity, 
demon regulation
the demon debt, 
demon inflation, 
demon anti inflation, 
the demon government, and especially the 
demon liberals who are the only ones' who now directly oppose our existence without even knowing of our plan. 

For example, reasonable inflation is actually the common person's friend [Greider, 1987] but we continue to tell the world it is their enemy. As we actually inflate the cost of products by down sizing, cheapening, and adulterating them, while we proclaim to the world that inflation is in check.  Gasoline prices can rise over $2.00 a gallon, and in the next quarter reports, having removed the impact of energy inflation from the equation, we show that inflation is still in check.  We trumpet the fact that profits are rising, but we mute the fact that jobs are decreasing as we export those jobs that cannot not be eliminated. This is the worker's reward for increased productivity. The journalists who are in our pocket never question the validity of these indefensible (on the facts) myths.  Up until now they ignore those who do.

Med M: And this activity includes all of the economic, social and political mythology upon which our power amplifiers depend to function.  As we continue our relentless attacks on the government, we must create the public image of wanting to improve it, and actually appear to assist it.  Even our corporate philanthropies that help to label us in the public mind as generous is used to reduce or eliminate our tax burdens and create other conveniences. [Demaris, 1975]  We do everything under the guise of freeing the economy and creating jobs. But all the while we divert and dilute public tax dollars, and--Ah! Ha! Ha!--even as we save ourselves dollars by exporting the very jobs we are promising.  I'm sorry to be so irreverent, but its all so tidy.

MM: We remove funding from any government  or oversight activity that could cause delay or harm to us. Instead we fund those initiatives that help enrich us. We have arranged for the government to actually subsidize us to export our jobs and entities off shore where we can deny the government our tax dollars they need to function. [evidence in Part 3 of the Introductory Dialogue] This is the lynch pin of my plan.  Thanks to us, the old fashioned "pork barrel" is going high tech. 

With the economic and tax burdens for social programs being transferred to the states and local communities, to reduce "Big" brother" government meddling, Ah! Ha! Ha!  Then let the damned watch dogs try to oversee or direct the public to cope with 50 plus times more complexity than all the federal problems we now rant about.  We are so close to turning the corner to accomplish our grand plan.  All elected politicians must remain disarmed or seduced into helping us, from the President and Congress on down to the last surviving local political hack and government official.

Med M:   There is one sour note.  There is increasing public interest in our globalization strategy thanks to the reporting of CNN's Lou Dobbs.  He has actually published a list of some of our companies who are participating on our off-shore strategies. [reference] We must come up with a plan to shut him down.  But because of his national visibility, we must be careful.

And at some point, under the smoke screen of our protective mythology created by our information media, from the entertainment industries, and the universities, down to the local kindergarten, we define the public's perception of every element of the government and those corporations under our control.  But not to be smug, we may still face that moment of truth should our enemies somehow gather sufficient members of the public to actually rise up in opposition and threaten to undo our success. 

MM: To preemptively counter that development,  we must be prepared to swiftly enter our final phase of conquest, Stage 9, obtaining absolute control over all governmental elements of our country.

The natural socialization and the drive for power and control eventually directs the power monger to politics.  We find in this section of  their plot, a majority of the seven deadly sins, especially greed, and the version as pronounced by that great Spiritual leader of India and the far east, Mahatma Gandhi. 

Your role is to orchestrate a solution to the problems being generated by the current systems of working governments, whether capitalism, communism or socialism.

A social structure is required which preserves the advantages of both historical capitalism, socialism, and communism, but protects society against the negative dimensions created by the ego needs that afflict these seemingly contradictory value systems.

For capitalism, the rights of the individual, the opportunity to compete against a standard and be rewarded by success must be protected and enhanced. But society must be  protected against the cancerous results of predatory and ruthless competition from that evil sociopath I have called the power monger and its brother, the greed monger.  The unholy presence of their operational networks of influence and control now consume western societies. 

Communism must be protected to preserve the egalitarian ideas of a society that values equal benefits to all who do the fundamental work required to maintain a prosperous and stable society in exchange for equal access to society's benefits of security, subsistence, food, clothing, shelter, education, health and justice.  But communism must likewise be prevented from the coercive and divisive emergence of the ego driven abuses of the governmental power monger, one like Josef Stalin or any autocratic dictator, who places personal politics and advantage above the proclaimed values of the society. It is the unchained and unchallenged ego that destroys the blessings of every system of governance. 

Plato provides an excellent prototype in his book, The Republic, that is worthy of serious consideration today.  Of course he lived in a simple rural agrarian society absent the complexities of large high tech civilizations with their enormous complexity and growing overpopulation, soon to rival even those out of control populations well recognized in the so called third world. 

Plato wisely did not trust the vulnerability of a democracy to out of control egos.  He recognized that most people are not smart enough to choose wisely, even in his relatively simple rural agrarian society.  Even citizens who are not too stupid to vote wisely are still too uneducated in the complexity at issue, too consumed in their service to their own ego demands, too caught up in the illusory myths of our culture, and thus, they are too vulnerable to manipulation by unprincipled competitors for public office. 

Plato's model [see MP's implementation in the Applications section] had three basic levels, (1) slaves, the unskilled workers, (2) custodians, the skilled crafts, managers and  the soldier enforcers, and (3) the ruling elite or Philosopher Kings. [The Republic] These were the leadership hierarchy who insured justice and stability in the society.  Notice the Metaphysical analogy with the Christian concept of the Holy Trinity: body, mind and Spirit. [review House of Three Rooms]

But in today's world you must instead lay the groundwork for three tiers of social responsibility based upon educational achievement that specifically prepares a person for leadership roles. Further and most important, the candidate must present the requisite Spiritual Consciousness.   Spiritual Consciousness of the Truth that undergird the social problems to be addressed and resolved is the only way that Wisdom can prevail in all governmental activities and decisions. 

MW: You will find that today's societies are incapable of that kind of Wisdom which is required to detect these problems.  Therefore you must focus on preparing the groundwork for such a person, a Builder, to emerge for public office. You can recognize Builders who have the requisite Spiritual wisdom if they show the following qualities:
have excelled in the prerequisite skills of basic education in the sciences and philosophies and in practical training for leadership and government
devote a significant portion of their life to the Spiritual (not religious) life  of prayer and meditation
Are prepared for the next level of responsibility by having served effectively in one or more preparatory stages of governance and leadership
have made no effort whatsoever of having tried to advance themselves by persuasion, manipulation, or by the use of any aggressive or assertive ploy, neither directly, nor through surrogates.
are put forward and chosen by their peers by ballot after extensive questioning and debate among those who are qualified to be the new leader at what ever level of governance they are qualified for.
an election only among the top two of the three tiers of the population, based upon the arguments put forth by advocates for different candidates.

In this exercise, 
no one can vote prior to passing a simple knowledge exam on the pertinent issues and background of the issues and competing candidates, and the schools are directed toward preparing the electorate toward that end. 
The society shall insure that before reaching the age of majority (18) every citizen is required to to take basic courses in the requirements of effective and ethical governance, and then to complete special classes devoted to providing information on the topics and candidates that are the subject of the election.
universal training for the voting public to understand that Karma is a factor in determining their point of rebirth, every person in the society must have the right to advance to the highest position in the society that they have the will and ability to succeed in. 

Current models of government are built to pervert these values.  Regardless of the type of government, the value of excellence, devotion and elevated Spiritual Consciousness as core requirements for advancement are almost constantly crushed by those of ruthless and unprincipled determination. Instead they mistakenly trust the manipulators of religion who are far from Spiritual Consciousness. They strive to grasp the levers of power to serve their own ego gratification and materialistic self interest. 

Movement must be attempted to replace the ego driven governments of today with the heart driven model being proposed here. You will need to find ways to integrate this heart model of governance on all levels: local, regional,  national and international levels. 

The need for training in ego management as a precondition to qualify for all governance must become a way of life at every level of social complexity.  Even the management of a family requires ego management, that is, a collaboration and accommodation of power and control agendas among the adults and children.  Then there are community level school and church boards, there is the city and county governments, then state and national governments, and finally an organization of world governments are slowly emerging in different forms.

No one should be permitted to compete for control over any election process, or to promote themselves to be elected.    Persons should be nominated and put forward according to criteria and standards that qualify them in the essential areas of knowledge and experiences. They should take examinations to verity these qualities.

The preeminent quality of any leader in any domain of society should be a demonstrable Spiritual Consciousness, as made visible in his or her works. This quality makes them impervious to seduction from any of the worldly power influences, including those of authoritarian religionists.. 

In the world you will enter, today, such a person can never be elected to public office regardless of the extent of their intellectual, emotional, and Spiritual qualifications and experience. America has repeatedly voted down or out, those who showed that capacity, e.g.  Senator Adlei Stevenson, MN, President Jimmy Carter, GA, Senator Ed Muskie of ME.  A potential leader who is qualified to lead under the rules of the Mystical Paradigm can not stoop to the tactics required to play the game of ruthless predatory competition as is required to have themselves elected today.

MM: this is the phase in which we are now mostly occupied, thanks to our capacity to discredit the very ideas of liberalism and to exploit the ignorance of the majority of the electorate. Tell how we are accomplishing this goal and what we must next do, Lawyer Monger, as you work to arrange the laws for our convenience.

Lawyer-Monger (LM):
"Our principal weapons are our control over arcane legal manipulations we use to create vast international economic and information holding companies and business conglomerates. To mask these developments from an inquiring public, especially the populist gad flies, the Media becomes our priority tool.  The public must never be allowed to understand the implications of any aspect of our plan.   I will continue with Rule 17.

Rule 17: Control Regulations to Give is Control Over Ultimate Networks of Power--Hide and Confuse our Corruption of the Processes of Government and the Political Processes

Law Monger:  This rule states that we must inhibit or render impotent the public's involvement in consensus decision making.  This is the greatest enemy to the free and unobstructed exercise of our personal power.  Vice President Cheney fielded a secret meeting among our energy lobbyists to set national energy priorities as an example of this strategy, and the watch dogs are still writhing in frustration. Any emergence of backlash to keep open the processes of government rule making, regulation and enforcement through the electoral process must be quickly stifled. 

We cannot permit the Internet, or any on-line provider with populist or progressive values to begin electronic referendums, or start a successful national dialogue on any matter that is politically sensitive for us.  I define "sensitive" as even a potential threat to any of our interests.  Apart from our protecting the myths of capitalism, consensus based conflict resolution, for one example, must be defeated in favor of adversarial litigation because only continued litigation can remain firmly under the control of our lawyers and judges, and those of us who can pay the fees. 

Ruthless litigation is the only certain means by which we can assure the desired outcome of any legal power struggle affecting our interests. We must and will prevail.  Our deep pockets for litigation must suffocate the shallow pocket, or no pocket opponent to any of our causes.  We must make certain that all parties to conflict stay focused on their issues of power and control that we have defined for them. We don't want any member of the public discovering that they can negotiate on how their needs can be met outside of the litigious issues on which we cause them to focus. They must never understand that when any disputant's needs are met, issues vanish and with them the emotional blockages to which they are chained and on which we depend.  In this manner we can forever safely manipulate them."

Master Monger:
 "Now I wish to insure your understanding of how we orchestrate our expanding networks of power.  Only we, that is only those of us now in the room, comprehend the totality of our international battle plan.  Right now as you all know, there is a major power struggle for control of information underway at the highest levels of our conglomerates. Notice the pyramiding of information companies in recent months.  This also involves exploiting our connections within the various levels of government, both within the United States and internationally through the agencies of the Untied Nations and foreign governments.  The management of this information is so esoteric and so complex that no person less than a career expert has a chance to detect the nature ands full scope of this activity in order to blow the whistle.  We must own every one of these experts. We are rapidly moving to either own the experts or tie their hands by owning the bureaucracy in which they serve. 

These regulatory agencies are our institutional power extenders.  That is, whoever can control the information highways and their linking entities with all kinds of data to be transformed into information [review definitions] will empower us to eventually manage or influence all the major power amplifiers of our world. 

If we do not control, then we risk being controlled by others or are otherwise vulnerable, and  we perish.  My agents have already used this capacity effectively for installing right wing advocates of our "simples" into selected positions of public power.  The increased influence of conservative decision making in the Congress and elsewhere is for the time being our most obedient servant.  We are most fortunate in that even the more erudite journalists are unaware of, let alone understand, these rules we now review as more and more they are being forced to feed at our trough. Clarify rule 18 and your role in this phase of our agenda  Mr. Nation-Monger.

Rule 18:  Control admission to the rule and policy bodies of the United States ands foreign governments.
Nation-Monger:  Our plan requires us to use Congress as well as state and local legislatures to acquire further control over the rules by which business, the media and the marketplaces function.  Thus we must especially discredit any serious regulatory control as a role of government or any public legislative body. This not an easy task that we cannot approach directly.  As one tactic, everything must be turned over to the states to be more easily hidden from national scrutiny where they can be more easily abused by our local lackeys.  Then we must act to deny others the key to enter into such roles and their own ability to exploit or modify our polices.

After we are safely in control of the governance processes in the United States, then we turn to the more vulnerable nations of the world.  Ha! Millions of US citizens paying blood taxes to fund our international expansionist third world takeovers, promote the flow of their own hard won and long served jobs overseas, and acts to have our government force taxpayers to protect us from losses by bailing out failing corporations as we arranged for the Chrysler Corporation as one of our first major successes in the 1970s. 

We arrange for US tax dollars to support Mexico's crumbling peso, or any other nation's monetary unit. We loan these nations money that they use to pay for our corporate products and services, then we forgive the debit. Thank You Mr. and Ms Taxpayer. Remember that for us, all money and contracts are power markers. Control over all of this we carefully arrange. All of this we afford by means of their tax money we use.  Our banking elements consume its interest so that it is being paid directly into our coffers, and not to our enemy the government.

Then by withholding loans, and by other clandestine means, we destabilize and overthrow hostile governments, including, when required, our own.  One of our successes that use citizen remains oblivious was the assassination of President Salvador Allende and removal of his socialist government in Chile.  He would have grandly succeeded had we not acted. [See epilogue of Platform for Change, Beer, 1975]  We don't accept a socialist success anywhere, let alone in this hemisphere. 

"Hostile" of course does not mean the kind of expansionist agendas that dominated war in the 20th century.  No we simply take over all forms of government by means of our international networks.  Like an anaconda snake, we embrace them with our networks of economic and political influence and we suffocate them as we swallow them.  We will take them over, redefine selected elements of these governments to be irrelevant, and we will transform all forms of government in the world to be our shadow servants, obedient to our corporate core.   To fund this strategy, we arrange for our government to vest us under any suitable justification. Already 20% of the national debt is itself is being paid directly to us as interest to empower our banks, that is to say, to empower us.  Amazingly, nothing is said by Congress or by the media to explore the significance of this arrangement.  Thanks to our growing ownership and control of these resources, they won't.

MM: Exactly.  The government, as an effective instrument of the people, must especially be destroyed in terms of its original mission. Prior to the end of the 20th Century it was alleged to serve the people, to protect the people, to regulate and distribute wealth fairly. That means the power flows to the people.  Now we must see its guts ripped out, ruined as an effective instrument of surveillance over our activities, focused instead on the activities of those who would destroy us, to "suffocate" them as you say with coercive rules and hindrances.  All of this activity is of course validated in the name of the sacred myths of "free" enterprise. 

Right now all the effective activism is found among our high profile right wing friends marching faithfully to our tune--the march of the simples, of demonization of our target groups and institutions. With their help we promote division and inflame contempt and hate within our populations.  Thus we divide and conquer. 

Like flowers grow in dirt, out of this filth of force, manipulation, lies, and deception we will grow a society of unparalleled joy and benefit to all.  Our absolute control will insure its perfection and stability. We must focus on electing our loyal soldiers into public office at every level.   Tell us Politico-Monger, how are you implementing your role in support of this goal?"

PoliticoMonger:   "Consensus, properly managed, builds even more trust than a democracy whose rules we can at least exploit. Next to consensus decision making, democracy is the second greatest enemy to our free and unobstructed acquisition and exploitation of our power.  We must foment and create conditions such that when the public becomes overtly frustrated and enraged, we can blame our lackey politicians.  We must appear to suck up to democratic values as Hitler did in the 1930s.

We achieve initial credibility by blaming the results of our deliberately contrived polices on "the government."  We can blame immigrants as we exploit their cheap labor.  We must seduce the United Nations whose foreign representative will surely detect our sub rose presence until their leaders are also co-opted. Or we blame foreign governments or terrorists that provide a distraction, e.g., North Korea, Iraq, or the Al Qaeda. Any scapegoat that will do. 

As we do this we then put forward a candidate of our own, and I eventually mean one of us sitting at this table. One of us will become the champion of the people.  In achieving this goal, the presiding government will be our greatest enemy as it will still retain enough power to change the rules and defeat our efforts.  Therefore, the government as a tool of the people, must be thoroughly discredited, frustrated and disassembled.

Our code word for this goal we call privatizing, Ah! Ha! Ha! Ha! Under the cover of a well orchestrated and comprehensive cloak of secrecy and deception managed by our media tools, the instruments of government become effectively powerless to do other than serve, document, report or control any aspect of what is relevant to our corporate turf.

Master Monger:
"But now we are speaking of the most delicate stage of our plan.  One where it is certain to be discovered by some of the more alert journalists, or bureaucratic functionaries who remain loyal to the romanticized ideal role of government.  The public is restive and ripe for a progressive populist, progressive or socialist leader to emerge and seriously compete for high public office. 

Now we must begin to give priority to what I call "context management."  We must continue to demonize our enemies and protect, promote, or hide our friends. We orchestrate this context by manipulating the  information businesses, we have been taking control of.  We must work within the dominant community governments in order to nurture local politicians who can be trusted or manipulated by greed to exclusively serve our interest.

This phase of the power mongers ruthless plan has an unfortunate precedent in world history.  That was when Adolph Hitler usurped the powers of the Weimar Republic, had himself named Chancellor of Germany, and then destroyed the fledgling democracy.  Strong parallels are present in the United States of America today.  [evidence] The use of clandestine force to control large masses of people without their knowledge or against their will at any level, or for any endeavor, must emphasize the capacity for sociopathic ruthlessness in those who will serve such strategies as enforcers. Those of you who are assigned to penetrate and reform the world of enforcers may have the most daunting task of all you Builders. 

You must at the outset enter into their world of force and play the secular games of the world that use force, including the unprincipled use of force which is is so common.  You will function at the roots of these fear based practices, policies and their directing instrument, the law. You must do this to become preeminent as a credible  influence among your enforcer peers. You must earn their respect in order to have sufficient credibility among them for the concept of a Spiritual model of control to be found acceptable and workable. This goal is a most frustrating task. 

At the same time you must discipline yourself to resist the worldly attractions of the power to use the force that you are given. You must be willing to wield the power of force, yet still retain your memory of the Spiritual potential of Truth in practical action.  Only in this way can you position yourself to replace the current systems of coercion, intimidation, and punishment that lie at the root and foundation of all current means used to enforce social compliance and control.
