The allegory begins with the Master Power Monger (MM) [defined in the Epilogue introduction] summarizing for his group of trusted henchmen under the invisible eyes of the Master Watcher and his graduating class of Builders[defined in the Epilogue introduction], the overall scope and status of their well advanced plot.  As you hear his expectations for victory in achieving total world political and economic dominance, ask yourself where he is on the cone of Spiritual evolution. (Dialogue 1)  Also ask where this person's agendas (Dialogue 2) are located on the cone of the Maslow hierarchy of needs.  What communication traps (Dialogue 3) are being ignored or exploited as he communicates with his followers upon whom he must depend to fulfill their assignments.  What is the nature of their HIP capabilities (Dialogue 4) in the "necker cube" rooms of their consciousness.  What are the ego managed, intellectually limited power ploys they expect to successfully use during their advancement of their plot? Are they aware of their vulnerability to the Milgram Syndrome (obedience to authority, Dialogue 5)  Do they intend to exploit it, are their counting on it to fulfill their scheme? 

How respectful are they to the Reality of Karma as they work out their scheme? (Dialogue 6) How much of the effective Reality are they actually conscious of?   What type and degree of human weakness (Spiritual lack) must be present in sufficient numbers of their minions and the public for them to succeed?  What certain Karmic justice for the power mongers (PM) is being forged by the potential impact of their actions on innocent others? 

Where is any evidence of the element of the healing power of  Love (Dialogue 7) being present within them, and as manifested in their plans. What elements are there that are essential to Spiritually validate and contribute to the success of their plans?

As the Master Monger (MM) introduces his core group of coconspirators, begin to notice the counter point that is advanced by the Master Watcher (MW) and his new class of Builders. [defined in the Epilogue introduction] Honestly ask yourself, would you rather fulfill the rest of your life as an agent of the master power monger, his victim, or as a member of the class of Builders? 

As the details of the master monger's expectations are presented, do you see any evidence of this plan in the world to day?  Recall the information presented in the Three Part Introductory Dialogue.   Have you already made yourself a player in support of this plan?  Intentionally? or by default?  "No decision" is a decision by default to accept the role of victim.  But to become an agent of the power monger in order to materially benefit from that relationship is to accept a disastrous Karmic fallout. [Described in Dialogue 6]  Examine your deepest feelings around any such awareness.  Acknowledge them and move on.  Regardless of your choice, always remember the bottom line that will always prevail, without fail, and without exception:

Master Watcher (MW):
[To The Builders,  his students who prepare to be born again to the earth as human facilitators of humanity's Spiritual unfoldment; defined]:

MW:  Greetings Beloveds! After your coming birth, if you don't remember who you are, you may think you are someone else. If you don't know where you are going, you may end up someplace else!  You must remember the Spiritual Principles presented as The House of Three Rooms [Review] and that your dare not permit yourself to become trapped in the two lower rooms. 

These challenges will come into play during your formative years on earth as you struggle to recall your destiny as you are assigned and accept it here. You must remember the Spiritual Principles expressed as The Primal Dream of the Infant, [Review,]  and work to transcend your earthly guidance and distractions to recall your Spiritual destiny. You will be faced with the challenge of moving quickly, in early childhood, to ignore the visceral fear and threats coming from your "first room," and the intellectual seductions coming from your "second room," in order to focus your C/consciousness mostly in your Spiritually grounded  "Third Room." This focus is required for you to maintain and facilitate your grasp of the Whole within which you will play your part as a Builder. 

Remember, the key ingredient for your success in this assignment is for you to arrange ample time for deep Meditation and Prayer which is required to keep the Spiritual link between your Third Room and the Realms of Spirit healthy and active. 

Now we are going to observe the scheming of your antagonists, those involved in the obscene planning as members of the SSPBPM. They think they are preparing to take over the world beginning with the United States they have already transformed from a Democracy to a corporocracy.  [definition]. 

My intent is that you recognize what I am about to show you now, is what you will confront during your earth journey upon which your Soul is about to embark.  Your Spiritual Truth will try to prepare you and then direct you to the earthly experience of aspects of their plan where you can intervene.  You will find the implications of these contacts Spiritually intolerable so that you will be moved to resist those developments.  You will be strongly moved to take corrective and healing actions to derail these evil plans and remediate them with Spiritually valid alternatives.  I will be commenting to you about the Spiritual emptiness of their plans at appropriate places as we observe their plotting.

More importantly as they discuss their their plan, I will be showing you what you must do to successfully counter the evil fallout that will consume humanity unless you can successfully intervene and halt their plot.  You have been especially chosen for this assignement because in your prior material lives you have demonstrated that you can tolerate the physical and emotional pain that sometimes is required to fulfill your tasks. 

If you cannot remember where you are with respect to the assignments you are about to accept, you may find yourself confused because you are in the wrong place pursuing less Spiritually valid goals.  This perceptual error of your sensate intellect can place you in circumstances where you will, at the least, be compromised in completing your task.  For this reason, there will be numbers of you placed on the earth with near identical assignments, but placed at different starting points at birth.  Further, every few years, to continue any success you initiate, I will be introducing another cadre of Builders to implement similar assignments, or to pick up where you are in your assignment.  For these reasons, look for those born ahead of you who can  help you, or who you can help. It is only through the collaboration of all of you that any of you will be empowered to fulfill your destiny and successfully intervene in time to save humanity.  You will recognize your allies by their evident capacity to ignore their ego agendas and respond to circumstances from their higher self. None of you can succeed alone, nor could I.  There are no "Rambos," "Lone Rangers," or "Dirty Harrys" in the Realms of Spirit. 

Therefore, this plot of the SSPBPM I now share with you, is for you to know where your are being assigned and why.  The scale and scope of the Grand Plan plan for coping with the SSPBPM defines the context for each of your individual assignments, and what your roles will be.  As part of a vast Cosmic orchestra, each of you is one instrument for serving humanity's needs to restore and keep humanity on the path of evolving Spiritual Consciousness.  Play your parts well.   In this, Beloveds, you are accepting a daunting assignment.

I will now show where and why you will enter the earth to make your contributions in the context of preserving and continuing the already long legacy of humanity's Spiritual evolution.  The moment of Truth is rapidly approaching where humanity must generate this transformation in sufficiently large numbers, or perish.

Earth's humanity has now reached the nadir of its decent into materialism.  Now it rapidly approaches its moment of Truth, either recovery and healing through Death and Transfiguration, provided that the Soul of Gaia is served, or death and oblivion as in now their destiny.    These are the consequences for which humanity has evolved. Without your successful and timely interventions, they must and they will choose death by if not by design, they by default (failing to act.) 

Your roles after you enter the earth in human form call for you to rise to positions of influence (not necessarily the same as power) where you can act to derail or reverse this decent into this materialist trap.  Because of your advanced Spiritual Consciousness, through meditation and prayer, you will be guided to effective action as individuals. This will call on the presence and power of your individual Ethics, perception, technical skills, devotion, persistence and courage. 

However, you will be coordinated to act collectively, through my influence extending to each of you. We can only communicate through the depth and effectiveness of your developed capacity to pray and meditate. By such means you will obtain and validate the intuitive guidance I will be providing you. By acting together in harmony, like the members of a world class symphony, you contribute your separate role to create the majesty of the whole. 

But alas, there is no automatic Hollywood style happy ending to this story. Some of you will sacrifice much of human comfort to achieve your assigned goals. Some of you may fail by worldly standards  This is no disgrace, for it is only your effort and devotion to TRUTH and GOD that counts. [re sentiment of Mother Teresa] You will grow Spiritually regardless of any worldly outcome of your efforts.

"Now the materialistic principles of the power mongers are very neat, and certain of material success, save for one important condition. Their values, thoughts, plans and thus their deeds, are entirely without Spiritual substance or validity. Thus they are doomed to eventual failure.  Only the scale, scope, nature and extent of the destructive processes that they will unleash remain to be decided.  The innocent citizens of Iraq have recently received [in 2003/2005] a powerful demonstration of the costs of their failing to challenge and overcome the evils of the Saddam Hussein regime.  Nor are they yet free and clear. 

Of course, the alleged goal of these power mongers is to do ultimate good. In their Spiritually empty minds, they may even believe that themselves.  But Truth does not reside in the intellect!  Because they are entrapped by their inflamed ego's invalid self image, by their ego devotion to their inflated self importance, they celebrate the illusory validity of their plan. But their plot is self serving and empty of Spiritual justification. Ruthless and destructive means are not justified or rewarded by any end however nobel. 

The successful implementation of their plot depends upon the cooperation of a sufficient number of stupefied, confused, and Spiritually empty puppets, dupes. [re the Parable of the Evil Puppet Master] Any Spiritually impoverished human can be bought, by threats and intimidation, if not by the allure of sharing in worldly power and success.

But as we follow their naive plotting, I will at certain points reveal the Principles by which Spiritual Consciousness can prevent or undo the evil that arises from the ego creations of their secular minds.

I will also clarify the nature of your specialized assignments for which you have been prepared through your prior earthly incarnations as human life.  Pay attention as you hear each other's assignments for you must implement your assignments in a way that allows for integration with the assignments of your Brothers and Sisters.  This will become more clear as we proceed.

We are attending the current and final meeting of the Secret Society of Power Broker and Power Mongers to observe their plotting about which I will comment.  Of course they are not aware of our Presence.

They must deny the possibility of their certain eventual failure which cannot figure in their "Necker Cube" minds. [review necker cube demonstration of altered consciousness]  Repressing such feelings has become automatic for them.  Their meeting provides an ideal forum for you to assess the nature and importance of your individual assignment to counter their individual assignments. You will become aware of how to successfully play your small but crucial part to counter the collective goals of this entire group. 

Notice the rules to which the SSPBPM adhere.  Remember, their paradigm and its rules have a validity that is only relevant in the sensate world of the physical. Its logic makes sense only within their captive ego driven intellects. But their treasured goals are impoverished of Spiritual substance and validity, and therefore, they must fail, and as I have said, only the manner of their crash remains to be decided.

Therefore, after today, we will never meet again as a committee of the whole until our economic and political conquest of at least the northern hemisphere is solidified. There are three major reasons why we will not meet again in person as a group:

first of course, we now have a powerful encrypted interconnecting information and E-Mail networks.  Because we can hire the best brains in the world away from their governments who cannot afford what we pay, not even the UN or US governments can crack the codes we are now using. We continue to arrange "the laws" to facilitate our doing this,

second, even our most respected trustees have only partial access to our secret codes and objectives, but they must never know of this core group, or our comprehensive plan. Not to hold further meetings reduces that risk,

third, to meet as a whole will put us increasingly at risk of discovery by externals who already recognize that something is becoming a major problem in our society, but don't know for sure what it is or what to do about it.  We are approaching the point of maximum vulnerability as the early symptoms of our success appear as economic, social, and political disturbances that wreck havoc on those outside our ring of power within the social order. We remain vulnerable to discovery until we have obtained the extreme level of both political and enforcer control necessary to ensure that our future operations cannot be stopped.

Remember the hierarchy of our enemies. [above chart.]   They are not limited to those who would simply compete with us or oppose us. But we evaluate those whose actions are inimical to our success according to the priority reflected in this chart. 

Remember, the public's fools are our essential tools. Once in control we will rule wisely and fairly, but on a global scale. This vision is something the public is naive about and does not have. Nor does it have the wits to even comprehend.  Our goal is sacred and therefore legitimizes any scale of ruthlessness required to insure our safety and success in fulfilling our nobel plan. 

Therefore, either we are tight, loyal, competent, effective and trustworthy as a group, or we lose our capacity to meet our goals.  I mean we then lose everything of value that we have already acquired and are positioning ourselves to further develop and secure.

It's that simple. We do not behave like the mafia and other criminal lords who shoot each other in the street over territorial claims.  Our unswerving loyalty dare not become lost in the intense economic and political free-for-all among those near but outside our group, and those we protect because of their temporary utility to us. 

We depend on this free for all among outsiders to help destroy our enemies.  Whoever tries to best us at our own game will not just lose, they will perish. That fight has already begun at our instigation.  We must be ever vigilant of those temporary allies when they may suddenly suspect that they are being bypassed, duped, or shut out from our tightening ring of power.

Therefore, the following  rules and by-laws define the operational priorities for our clandestine and unofficial group. 

We agree:
First, the existence of this conspiracy and any of our sub-groups will never be acknowledged, and will be vigorously denied if challenged. Further, because a ruthless offense is the best defense, any challenge that carries real threat will be fiercely attacked to either neutralize or eliminate it entirely. 
Second, no additional members in this now finalized group of the whole will be permitted, except as a replacement for one of us, or to specifically include a new domain of control which becomes of use to us, but not already accounted for by one of us. Even our most trusted lieutenants must not know of this group, and certainly not our women.  Is that absolutely clear?  [The group mummers assent.]
Third, we are agreed to live or die by the strategic and tactical principles we will now enumerate.  These principles will direct all our decisions and guide the activities of our clandestine networks.  The purpose of this meeting is to insure your complete understanding of them.  You have been given some encrypted and non reproducible materials to study.  They will be completely destroyed before we leave here as you will commit the critical parts to memory.
Fourth, the rules that follow are solely for the purpose of using the existing civil or statutory law, information, power markers, [definition] power amplifiers, [definition] and all other useful resources to further pyramid our control into a complex interlocking sub rosé network of secular power and influence.

This network is designed to ensure our control over all the technical agencies, regulatory instruments and enforcers of our government first, then other national governments next, and finally, the dominant surviving international government.  This network is the operating mechanism behind all our institutional and social power amplifiers through which we exercise our individual personal power.  By these invisible and invincible means we will soon rule the entire world entirely on our terms.  This possibility was not even imaginable only a decade ago.

We not only focus on the persons and groups who are competent to compete in our game, but we also focus on the "red neck" and "fundamentalist" mentalities, those who live in the simplistic world of the extreme right wing of politics and religion.  They have already delivered our servant, George W. Bush into our hands, and the legions of obedient servants he and his lackeys in the White House command. 

We have already created many appeals to serve their meager concepts of what is right and wrong, important and unimportant.  This will create constant noise and diversion for the entire class of the great unwashed. [this reference is to the "groinicks," see definition]

Violence in support of our plan is a tool of last resort. But it is a tool we do not hesitate to employ, and which in the end we must use to seal our victory.  Now we shall revisit our sacred catechism together for this final review.

MW:  After your earth rebirth, you must overcome your forgetfulness and intuitively remember at some point the comprehensive plan and strategy we are about to review as we observe the plotting of the power mongers.  Allowing this memory to survive in the face of the all consuming physical and emotional pressures and distractions of the senses in the physical world is your first and greatest challenge. 

Some of you will be born into loving and gentle family contexts that will facilitate that. But most of you will be born into families that suffer a lack of Spiritual Consciousness at some inhibiting level, even though they may benefit from great material wealth.  The ease that wealth makes possible is itself a major Spiritual distraction. [re The Master Power Broker and His Victims.]

But being born to earthly power is an even greater distraction.  You will quickly be directed by your parents and earthly influences to accept their materialist legacy, and to support them as they push and shove on the worldly levers of material power (e.g. to advance the family conglomerate.)

Generic Cone of Expanding Consciousness

All cosmic energy is in a state of unfoldment.  [above figure] As the cosmic space expands, the physical and information elements of cosmic space are constantly being refined and specialized to fulfill their ultimate destiny in the service to the GOD of their creation.  The generative principles that direct this expansion and the specialization areas of worldly focus already exist in the higher Realms of Spiritual Information, a Realm first recognized and labeled in the 20th century by that great Mystical Priest, and Builder, Teilhard de Chardin [1955/1959].

The unfolding human C/consciousness is becoming more capable of accessing that larger Spiritual Information Realm.  Most can make fleeting access only through the random intuitive hunch.  But you have been prepared to make routine contact through the early practice and lifelong devotion to deep meditation in the Silence, provided you can recall this thread and counter the ego demands of what will become your sensate mind.

By that means you become prepared to initiate those actions that accelerate the species wide trend toward Spiritual awakening.  You must take the lead in revealing the specialized dimensions of that gift in their worldly applications.

Limited consciousness "c" grows to maximum "C."  The Will expands to focus from the ego self (c) to the Spiritual Self (C), which is the link to the highest Spiritual Realms subservient only to the Cosmic totality of GOD. Discipline from service to those higher causes beyond the interests of the self are becoming more evident among the whole of humanity, but not among those of this group of plotters, or those who suck the teats of worldly power. You easily can see from our side of earthly life how the mm is already well off track for a successful outcome of his plan. 

Notice how the mm is solely focused on the symbols of ego, power amplifiers and the power bearing markers for surviving and advancing control in the material world.  This part of  the mm's lecture illustrates how the seeds of personal and social destruction are already sown in their impoverished ego consciousness. By the eternal Spiritual LAW of the Cosmos, [Karma] their lack of Consciousness ensures that they must reap their eventual bitter harvest they now plot to sow.

Notice that the DSE model that the mm is using is correct only on the material plane of consciousness, but irrelevant for the Spiritual Plane of Consciousness. 

You must transcend the senses through prayer and meditation, and release all material attachments, and focus on the energizing Presence of Love within the depth of prayer and mediation.  Only then can the blockages created by your limited ego devoted physical senses, and their hostage the intellect, be transcended.

The mm is sharing what was has already been called to the public's attention by the writer Paddy Chayefsky in his film, Network. In his script, Arthur Jenson, the CEO of the conglomerate Engulf and Consume, Inc., admonishes Howard Beal, the network anchorman, telling him why he must no longer exhort his viewers to shout from their windows, "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore." 

He gives Beal a profound and intimidating lecture that describes what we see the mm developing here in his presentation.  Beal is emotionally destroyed by the speech and, (until the "Network" has him killed,) enters into the same apathy as the public he exhorted in the film. The real public, in its Spiritual slumber, still has not caught on to the Real threat to their well being that is revealed in Jenson's incredible speech to Beal.

MW: As the hierarchy of power amplifiers and their complexity increased across the generations of unfolding human consciousness, the preoccupation of their owners with the external world became more focused and intense.  They created a war of all against all among those elements of humanity who covet the same instruments of power and control.  Their self proclaimed validation of their aggression and hostility has been justified for them by a body of intellectual theory called Social Darwinism.  This is a materialistic justification that has no Spiritual merit.  It is a philosophy and justification that already bears bitter fruit.  Alas, unless you can succeed in your missions, the worst is yet to come.

As the world's social complexity expands, the requirement of specialization by individuals becomes necessary to manage this increased physical, information, and social complexity. This is because the ego intellect is owned by the physical mind. This capacity is limited in both the scope and detail that it can retain and process through the physical senses and their hostage intellect. 

The intellect will process only that which is captured and manifest by the physical mind. But the scope and capacity of the mind to embrace even the material whole, let alone the Holistic Truth is entirely dependent on the extent of awakened Spiritual Consciousness.

Worse, like The Man from Tech,  [review parable,] the minds of the power mongers are as oblivious to this defect as the public they mock. That ignorance further empowers the illusory validity of their exciting scheme, and leads them step by step into the trap of ultimate defeat and ignominy.

Now the MM as about to show his co-conspirators the evolution of the instruments of worldly power that they plan to bring under their total control.  But, even though their hierarchy of power amplifiers may expand in complexity and capacity along with their power to control them, the intrinsic boundaries of their limited intellectual consciousness can not change.

The greater their span of control, the more they must rely on outsiders to carry forward the actual work of their plan. The more vulnerable they become to challenges, "whistle blowers," compromised motivation, performance defects, and ultimate failure.  The roots of their energy reside in various expressions of fear and not in Love.

This failure is assured because their material plan cannot be reliably coordinated because there are no empowering links tied to the Realms of Spiritual Consciousness. None of the co-conspirators serving their plan has achieved a workable level Spiritual Consciousness.

But I want you to remember that every aspect of each level of complexity in the management of personal power is present in rudimentary form at every level.

The Rambo is present at every stage. [review  the story of The PBPMSPS]  Problems of information management are present at every stage.  Myth management is present at every stage.  And the problems of governance is present at every stage. But this progression does not occur in a compartmentalized, step by step, linear fashion, like the building blocks of a child's lego structure.  One level is not yet completed as the next level is begun.  These 10 steps evolve as a shading of emphasis from the primal Rambo, to the sophisticated engines of western capitalism.  But ultimately, Rambo reappears as "the enforcer" but in a complex form as an institutional structure.

Thus the changing focus of attention on levels in the hierarchy of power represents a shading of changing emphasis across the 10 stages.  This shading of emphasis is more like shifting cloud patterns in the sky.   As the intellectual consciousness of humanity steadily evolves with its increasing physical, language, and social complexity across the millennia, so must the scale and scope of our intellectual consciousness expand to manage all relevant factors.  In the presence of this challenge from complexly, the mind is forced to solve this problem through specialization which creates a limiting defect in intellectual consciousness. 

Thus, without the prerequisite Spiritual Consciousness, the intellect must eventually fail to grasp the significance of the nature of this complexity, even the narrow part on which it must focus.  The probability of failure is in direct proportion to the discrepancy between the scale of intellectual consciousness and the unfoldment of Spiritual Consciousness of the decision maker.

Understand that what the mm is really presenting is what has already transpired as a subtle change in priorities for advancing personal power across the centuries of  humanity.  The various application of force change in nature depending upon which stage or level receives the greatest energy at a given point in the overall evolution of human civilizations. [review the PBPMSPS]

Notice how the principal focus of the power broker changes across the various stages in the evolution of cultural complexity.

Today in earth time, the complexity of each of the 10 levels of power and control expresses in ways that are so vast that even the most educated public cannot grasp its Holistic significance. They remain oblivious of the potential of these developments to threaten or support their needs and safety.

In fact, as you examine all the cultures of the earth today, you will find an example of a culture arrested at every one of these 10 levels.  Only the high technology cultures, as they now act to manage the initial nine levels, are approaching the 10th level where the enforcer must become the dominant presence required to sustain the power of these political controllers.  Iraq, and other autocratic dictatorships, become arrested at the the first or 10th level that depends on the enforcer regardless of their technological sophistication. 

They jump into this status long before they have successfully learned to manage the requirements present at the prior nine levels.  Rambo is not good at myth management or public relations. 

One nation is leading the way into the 10th stage, having accounted for and subsumed all prior stages.  That nation is the United States of America.

But because of their specialized focus and their minimal Spiritual Consciousness, our leaders who are outside the power monger's authority cannot reliably detect these developments.  They cannot make smart decisions and set wise social priorities to counter the PM's advancing control over any of these levels.  So they invest themselves in their own political games of power and control as they remain unaware of this unfolding evil plan.

The enemy of humanity's survival lies in the hidden all-at-once collective complexity across all 10 levels of material power and control now being developed and exploited by the SSPBPM. 

Beloveds, when you are reborn to earth your task is to remember the scale and scope of this complexity in order to enter into those activities for which you have been prepared. Then you can take such actions that serve your particular assignment. 

Only then, when you remember your assignment in the context of the whole, can you serve as effective intervenors in accordance with the nature of your assignments. 

Few people in the world are able to see the entire world of commerce, economics, enforcement and politics in this integrated manner that we now exploit.

Their ignorance is our ally because the scale and scope of our activities are not connected in their minds.  Therefore our threat remains invisible to them only so long as they do not catch on.  We have carefully been laying the groundwork for our group for over 30 years. The public's ignorance and apathy must remain unchanged.

Those who are our enemies, the liberal and academic elements of our society,  must never be permitted to detect the underlying rules and strategy I now summarize for you. Knowledge of this pattern could point to our now invisible presence and our intent. Thus we become vulnerable to overt detection and destruction.  We cannot permit the external media and populist and progressive political zealots to track back to us from the events we have already accomplished and the audacious new initiatives we are about to unleash.

The Nature of a Power Amplifier

However, their successful use depends upon the presence of economic and social rules and their certain enforcement.  We need to see the world this way in order not to become confused by our own rhetoric and systematic disinformation we now put before the public. You will recall that a "power amplifier"  [see figure below] is any kind of a tool that enhances or expands our personal power and our ability to influence and control those other entities who also act to acquire and control power markers.

We now act to capture other power amplifiers to incorporate them as one large super power amplifier (business conglomerate). This is what we have been actively doing in creating our international conglomerates through the coordinasted work of a number of highly secret societies and groups. Because of the complexity of all this, the naive public, including (Ah! Ha! Ha!) those few members of Congress not on our active payroll, have no idea of our existence nor our underlying strategy. After all, this is America!! Ha! Ha!  Our very existence is an absurd thought in their menial minds. Our agents George W. Bush and Dick Cheney have master orchestrated the disintegration of the US government and have nearly finished trashing the Constitution.  Our enemies are frantic, assessing and attacking only the symptoms of our success because they have not a clue how to detect, let alone deal with, the underlying power networks of international; corporate power!  AH! HA! HA! HA!  They do not grasp the real implications of events now occurring before their very eyes. Not for them, nor for their constituents.  Nor will they, until it's too late.

Remember that the concept of a power amplifier or extender is generic. It includes any ongoing generic process or system that can systematically be applied to control the flow of both power markers and the power amplifiers of competitors, i.e., in systems terms this represents of a flow of detect, assess and select, and effect or apply our influence.  I will label these functions of detect, select, and effect (DSE). [DSE]   By this DSE process, we manage every aspects of our plan. At the mechanical level,  here are some examples of our DSE extensions:
Detect: eyeglasses, stethoscopes, radar and various electronic  listening devices are technical prothesis that extend our capacity to detect events in the world that are relevant to our goals and power.
Select or Decide: books, computers and calculators likewise act as technical extensions of our ability to select from memory or evaluate and choose among vast arrays of information, Then we interpret data, remember them, and form decisions from any of numerous possible strategies, tactics, rules and alternative options. We choose the most appropriate.
Effect or implement: hammers, other hand tools, pulleys, dies, and basic machinery are simple power amplifiers that permit us to effect or implement greater control over the environment as an extension of our physical selves. More complex examples of effectors include: airplanes, trucks, tractors, explosives, chemicals, machine tools, space ships, and weapons.

These are only the technological examples of how we extend our personal power. Even more important and relevant to our cause is our ability to arrange individuals, groups and organizations to serve as extensions of our personal power. These are our institutional surrogates that amplify our DSE potential, if you will.  This power exists both as the organizations themselves and as subsystems of organizations under their control, i.e. departments.  Here are some examples:
to detect  we have marketing, inquiry or seeker bodies, spies and spy agencies, use of free government statistics and reports, moles placed in the secret compartments of government, e.g., Patent & Trademarks, FBI, CIA, National Security Agency, the new Homeland Security apparatus, moles placed in our competitor or challenger organizations, and in other similar but otherwise unfriendly organizations such as the Democratic, Socialist, Progressive, and Populist political organizations, and of course, governments.
to select, we have libraries, and information storage computers, special analytical departments, think tanks, and strategic planning departments and organizations.  We have specialized systems in accounting, modeling, planning, information processing systems, design and development departments, and government departments and offices we subvert or dedicate to our cause,
to effect or implement our decisions, plans and strategies, we have sales and marketing, manufacturing, and transportation entities.  We especially own battalions of lawyers and judges who create and enforce protective legal constraints for our sole benefit, open legal doors, and harass our opponents.  We increase our control over the enforcer elements of every kind, from the military to our own security and enforcer personnel. Any person, group or organization who acts to threaten us, we can already ruthlessly destroy by means of these entities and the convenient laws they have fashioned. 

These entities have no comprehension how or why they were hit, and why they are isolated and nobody helps them with what they can experience as even the most obscene injustice.  Our saboteurs, including the new computer hacker renegades, infect the functioning of competitive organizations, ruining computer code, arranging for stupid and counterproductive decisions at every level of management where they are installed.  We employ a battalion of computer hackers to infect key Internet and corporate sites as required to serve our tactics. We have even begun to fire our long time staff to hire foreign lackeys who are more vulnerable to our control than obstreperous US citizens. The legal status of all those who oppose us are to be progressively enervated and neutralized.  Ultimately, and we have already begun, we will control various kinds of enforcers and enforcer groups, beginning with our own personal security, thugs and hit men, and finally the public's own police and military. Think of it!

None of our employee servants who contribute to any one of these functions within our comprehensive organization have any idea at all what they are a part of.  They live only for their paycheck and the diversions it buys. They serve the SSPBPM through our core organizations.  The do not even suspect how their activities contribute to a master plan, our master plan. Should they act to oppose us for what they believe is fair and good cause, even inadvertently, or especially when they threaten us as whistle blowers, they will be ruthlessly removed.  They must never know what hits them or why. There must be no paper or media trail.  Nor do any of them suspect that when we close the loop, when we act to solidify and make permanent our gains, that we will then cleanse ourselves of all this useless baggage. Anyone who might hope to undo this achievement will be abruptly removed from work, or possibly from life itself. In any case,  they will discover this too late to counter us, and they will have no rights of appeal.

Keep these concepts in mind. You will find their constant presence as I layout our grand plan.  The public's stupidly limits their concept of our institutional and corporate resources to only the specific products and services they provide.  They think of these things as the compartmentalized entities they name, such as businesses and corporations, and even "the government." They  cannot think of these as tools, power amplifiers, or how each serves as a specialized part of a complex network of influences that can work together to achieve a particular goal for their owners, us. They think these resources only exist to make money by providing the products and services they offer.  The public in its ignorance of the concepts of power markers and power amplifiers does not, and cannot link any of these entities to our personal power structure and the politics we have arranged to protect and expand it. 

Government and other public institutions that we increasingly control likewise become our power amplifiers, our puppets, again without the public's understanding of what or why we do with them what we do. As I will emphasize, government regulation is a primal enemy of our plan.  We furiously beat the drum of government and regulatory condemnation constantly and loudly. 

For more than two decades now, we have constantly beat up the government to humiliate it in the public mind even as we exploit it.  We have carefully trained the public to see their own government as a threat, an enemy, and an impediment for them.  They blindly accept this position without being able to give a single valid reason why our claim is true, except that we have focused them on waste and inefficiencies that we ourselves have created. They cannot imagine that a business is actually a personal power amplifier for its owners. Even less can they imagine a government agency being a power amplifier that is actually managed by, and manipulated to serve whoever controls it.  We know it is no longer the electorate, but the likes of us.  (Ah! Ha! Ha!).

Like fleas that have been conditioned to remain trapped in the a jar even after the lid is removed [re PCC], the public never examines the function of a business from the personal power side. Therefore they cannot ask the crucial question, who owns the power, nor can they then follow the power. They cannot even follow the money thanks to how we have obscured and confused its actual flow. They just accept its presence from their perspective of being a consumer of its products or services.  They are not able to ask, "what is it doing for the owner besides "make money?"  Because it is not in their consciousness, they cannot even imagine it, let alone think of it this way.  But we do!

But I now want to emphasize how we exploit business and government as our power amplifiers, for this is crucial to our advancing success. "Power management" requires the systematic organization of other people in order to use their work, intelligence and energy to serve us within our power amplifiers. Any business is metaphorically equivalent to the fishing rod that empowers its owner to catch "fish."  But instead of being a simple rod, collecting businesses serves to create an all embracing net that operates in the waters that contain all varieties of desired power markers or "fish."

The plan you are about examine in its entirety for the first time, empowers us to first capture various forms of personal power, from simple power markers such as money itself, then to obtain absolute control over the power amplifiers themselves, e.g., the various businesses and institutions for accumulating money, or regulating the rules and enforcement by which this happens. Then we move to other international businesses, then to conglomerates of businesses and finally to the government itself with all of its services, and its regulatory and enforcement powers.  As you will soon learn, we do not do this in a compartmentalized linear fashion, but as a steady collective progression of accomplishing a little bit at a time in each area, all together at the same time, comprehensively, steadily, relentlessly. 

I emphasize: this is a glorious plan that must never leave your lips or hands under penalty of death. Several of our former brethren not in this room have already been removed, not just from responsibility, but from life.  You indeed are my chosen and trusted ones.  Your rewards for living up to this honor will be great indeed!  Never before in the history of humanity has there ever been a feasible idea, let alone an achievable plan to accomplish what we are about to accomplish.

This figure [above, reproduced from dialogue 4 on power and control] describes the symbols by which I will show you how power is used to serve the needs of those who own it.  We will begin with the most primal expression of power in the early ages of humanity, to see how the management of personal power has evolved to the current day.  This continuity will facilitate your understanding of your special assignments in the context of this whole.

At every level of increasing social complexity, the desired good (the pie) is separated from the power broker by some kind of natural barrier, a gate.  That gate, as shown in this figure, is defined by the principal opposing force shown just under it. In this initial figure the "gatekeeper" at the earliest stage of  human civilization, it is only the primal wilderness which must be overcome by the individual to survive and thrive.

The story of personal power is the story of how the power brokers of humanity have accommodated to the changing nature of the blocking gate that impedes or blocks their access to absolute power and control during each phase in the evolution of humanity. At each level of human advancement, the nature of the gate becomes more complex.  Its true function as a power amplifier is more and more easily hidden in this complexity.

The direct laying on of hostile hands to control another person is obvious at the primitive level where it is used.  But the manipulation of stocks and bond, the the rules that direct their use, is lost on most of the public, even those who "play" the stock market. As individuals must become more specialized to serve smaller and smaller elements of this whole, they become more disconnected from the Holistic meaning of what they do with reference to the whole.  For this flaw of consciousness, we are grateful.

Notice as we proceed, how the nature of the gate, i.e., the principal opposing force shown under it, becomes more complex, subtle, symbolically described and therefore, more abstract, demanding and challenging to understand and apply.

Today the gate is opened by means of how our businesses (and the networks by which we coordinate them,) are managed. Each is a literal tool of power.  As a consequence of our plan's continuing success, these institutional systems become transformed into our personal power amplifiers.  By organizing others to create power for us, I will show you how we make real and explicit (only for ourselves) the abstract idea of how these power markers work for us. 

At the same time, we blind and bind the public and their law makers not owned by us.  Society has accepted our distractions and sees financing as only money that buys the mechanisms for creating products and services.  But a power marker is any widely accepted symbolic indicator of the status of one's personal power. A power marker carries the authority that guarantees for its owner the permissions required to control and dominate others as defined by the nature of the power marker and the rules that have been created to regulate it. In this scheme, enforcement has equal importance with the rules of power.

Within this cloak of ignorance these naive fools, thinking that they are serving themselves, work furiously in our behalf, oblivious to the ultimate futility of it for them. They are as helpless as the slaves who muscled the great stones that built the pyramids, but our slaves think that they will actually own and participate in the finished product, our glorious pyramid of power.  Thank God our President Bush is advancing the idea that Social Security, an enormous drain on our direct access to the power in the national treasury, can be replaced by redirecting this power, and pouring the electorate's power (money) directly into our stocks and bonds, Ah! HA! HA! HA!.  After all, does not our capitalist myths so state that this is a good?! Ah! Ha! Ha!

So they unwittingly support our expanding networks of economic and political power and control. They falsely believe themselves as owning a piece of the action. This is like proclaiming that they "own" a leased car, or even the one for which they were forced to borrow money.   We constantly trumpet the clarion call of unregulated "free enterprise."  Then we continue to organize and dominate (if not outright control) a sufficient number of the power amplifiers of others. At some point we will at last have a critical mass of power and influence under our reliable control. We will control all the economic resources of the earth, including all the people who are caught in that net, that is nothing less than everyone who must work to live.

The Flow of Power in a Hierarchy of Power Amplifiers
Now I want to trace the flow of power within a hierarchy of power amplifiers across various levels of complexity.  Each of these levels has its archetype as expressed at an earlier point in the evolution of humanity from the original wilderness.  Understanding this hierarchy creates the means by which we continue to increase our control over all the elements of our society today. I will review the tactics and targets for our eventual and ultimate use of raw force to finish and preserve our conquests. 

At some point, elements of the public will suddenly catch on to their danger, but not yet have had the time to fully understand its nature and dynamics. At that point they may be prepared to use extreme means to save themselves.  Therefore our use of raw physical force becomes inevitable at some point in order to finalize the security of our power.

Now I  began at the level of the individual in an aboriginal tribe and will show you how the application of personal power has evolved into the progressively more complex abstractions that we manage today.  Then you will clearly see where our actual power markers are, and how they work. For the public, however, where and how these power entities actually function is hidden by language, social, economic and political complexity. 

This confusion is empowered by the unchallenged mythology we promote. All of this is far beyond the public's ability or will to comprehend.  We must ensure that it stays that way.  Therefore, as a part of our strategy, I will show you how we must be careful to preserve and protect this helpful condition of ignorant public apathy.

MW: The nature of will in the primal state of consciousness is devoted almost solely to the management of fear.  Fear undergirds all sensate ego manifestations, from initial obsessions with security and survival, to maximum ego aggrandizement, i.e., the more I am overtly admired, the more secure I feel among my followers and detractors, but the greater my incipient fear that someone or something will take it away. 

Primal, innate fear is the tragic legacy from failing to recover our lost memory of our unbroken Spiritual Connection to the Super Conscious Realms of Spirit.  Our primal sense of abandonment that occurs at birth is the mother fear which nurtures all other manifestations of our fear. [recall the Primal Dream of the Infant]  Your ego is the father/mother of the ego's intellect that directs and nurtures all of our energy to manage this fear through the DSE process managed by your intellect. The ego defines your illusory reality, makes it appear absolute and final, and directs you to the intellectual machinations by which you believe you can control the world and cope with and resolve your fear.  But all of this frantic activity is mere illusion and is not attainable.

By the time you are adults, the conscious presence of this primal fear of abandonment which serves as as the energizing force behind your ego has been long repressed.

The Power Monger (PM) reflects the most primal expression of displaced fear, the need to control everything.   Yet the placid face of any aggressive person, presents only a shadow, which masks the violence ready to be displaced.  The energy is fear, fear of the stranger (xenophobia) and the unknown which propels the beast within to take aggressive action.  Only the Rambo in each of you after birth can respond to this unconscious source of fear by overt defensive actions, e.g., preemptive aggression and laying on of hostile hands. [external commentary]

But the prototype PM must find the counterbalance of applying direct force vs manipulating fear and intimidation. This requires that he form a tenuous bond with the "witch doctor" archetype.  Then in order to control the aggregated efforts of others to overthrow his power, the Rambo must form a protective coalition within which he can dominate and control.  The group then is mobilized to carry out his aggression. [external commentary]  Intertribal conflict was mostly energized by overpopulation pressures with in the food ecology, perhaps combined with some natural disaster, such as a drought or blight acting to drive off animals or shrink the supply of food stuff that supports their society.

The brute force of Rambo who expresses as today's version of  the "Atilla the Hun" archetype, appears most often in the role of enforcer.  Atilla is counterbalanced by his incipient fear of the witch doctor's apparent access to supernatural forces of awesome magnitude. But the witch doctor must constantly confront the possibility of Atilla's willingness to use brute force power to destroy him/her.  A balance of intimidation usually results. 

So a tenuous arrangement of shared power over groups and coalitions becomes the center of power around which revolves the use of Rambo's force and the witch doctor's intimidation.  They hold each other at bay, circling like two combatants in a knife fight, each fearing the other's will and skill to effectively use their perceived source of power.  [Ref Ayn Rand, 1981] 

As the feminine mirror of the primal masculine energy manifesting as Rambo, the witch doctor as a feminine archetype resorts to passive means to create, manipulate, and exploit tangible symbols of the incipient unconscious fear in the tribe. You will observe this primal model of force and intimidation persists within the hierarchy of organizational complexity you are about to see explained by the PM to his inner circle. 

While Rambo, being the active force, gets most of the visibility at the early stages of the evolution of power the passive witch doctor is ever present in the background, and finds more visible expression as coalitions, groups, and villages are formed until at the more advanced stages, entire industries must be controlled.

Monger Rambo: Beginning with 
Rule 1:  I acknowledge only myself: 
the primal wilderness was my first challenge, and it will be complete with my future role as an enforcer, protected by the governance in a fascistic autocracy [e.g., Hitler and the Nazis] I am the first and last resource on your pyramid of power.  All of my needs are met by my personal will, strength, courage, intellect, and dominance (some would say ruthlessness.)

Rule 2: I have confidence in myself:
I must believe in myself and my power to dominate. I fully exercise my personal will, strength, courage, and dominance which are best served only by my own wits, intelligence, and cunning. I may use and exploit others, but I depend only upon myself.

Rule 3: I impose myself on others:
To insure my survival, I must ruthlessly serve my needs without regard to the needs, rights or feelings of others.  To accede to the desires of others is weakness, unless it is temporarily manipulated and feigned as a tactical necessary for the seduction of my enemies.  This may be required in order to advance my interests.  I must never be weak or show weakness for then I shall be seen as vulnerable and at risk to being attacked, and then I could fail. Then I could fall or be driven from power.  I work to dominate others, first by threat and intimidation, and then by the direct laying on of hostile hands. 

In this phase of the evolution of social control, the Rambo must give way to a consciousness beyond that limited to the reactive use of ruthless force.  Now Rambo must become the king. In coalition with his coconspirator, the witch doctor, now called the priest, he further seals his role by claiming divine right as ordained by God and as blessed and consecrated by the high priest. 

When a power monger manifests at the level of the king, then entire communities and villages are collected under the rule of that king.  In later centuries, queens competed for rule as well. Clashes among kings are often fueled by overpopulation pressures in the various kingdoms. Land is equivalent to food supply, and its occupants can be objectified, defined as inferior, and then destroyed. 

In this era of kings, the primal power of the witch doctor takes on more subtle trappings and the Rambo expressed as king must appeal to the religious authority of the witch doctor to rule by "divine right." [source] Thus a balance of power is created by rule that tends to reduce the tensions between these conflicting forces. 

Then the king and the priest evolved into the modern clergy of today's religions that serve within the power structures of high tech societies, some governed at least in part by royalty, e.g., England.  This relationship was defined by abuses energized by significant suspicion and distrust that was resolved by creating the separation of church and state doctrine that was written into the United States' Constitution, but which is being broken down today by the significant pressures from the religious right. 

Then to insure his span of control embraces as much as possible of the countryside, for the first time, rudimentary negotiation becomes a tool for maintaining control over potential challengers by sharing power under defined and agreed upon conditions.  We are observing the power mongers here as they attempt to create in their high tech organizational culture, a fulfillment of the principle of kingship.  But the concept of "divine right" is replaced today by symbols of secular competence and legal legitimacy and dominance. However, the negotiation is still influenced by the intimidation emanating from the will of the controlling "king," the master monger.

These rules permit fiefdoms and principalities to exist if they are ruled by less dominant types than the king, i.e., by compliant and cooperative dukes and barons.  Some of these can cooperatively rule both directly and indirectly by a rite of ascension thorough which they can hope to become king or queen, however unrealistic. 

You will most easily recognize this stage in its modern expression in the form of Mafia and other crime organizations that thrive outside of the "legitimate" institutions of society. Likewise you will find drug cartels where disputes are quickly settled in the street with guns and explosives. And so, the PM arranges to continue this tradition as he plans for the secular expression of himself as a corporate king with his equivalent corporate royalty. Instead of town and villages, the power amplifiers are corporations and conglomerates. 

Please do notice that in all of these machinations, the consciousness of the actors in these scenarios increasingly are focused outward into the material world. Only the priests persist in holding to a remnant of his/her steadily fading inward link to GOD.  But the history of western religions shows how this link steadily became corrupted with worldly concerns and attentions of secular materialism, i.e., the politics of the religious right. 

The strength of this link is inversely proportional to the ruler/priest's preoccupation with secular matters, a preoccupation that now almost fully consumes them. As the complexity of civilization increases with expanding population pressures, the role of religion is mostly replaced by institutionalized secular governance which becomes dominant. 

I will note as an aside at this point, that the yearnings of Islamic fundamentalists for their own national theocracy is a throwback to this earlier era.  The major difference now is that in today's world, the world you will inherit, these primal, fear driven, and ego managed minds have access to the most modern instruments of destruction. Because they are Spiritual empty and impoverished, they are willing and fully prepared and capable to exploit this destructive technology to the full. 

The PM in this phase of his plot, just as did the archetypal king, must insure the loyalty of his supporters and enforcers, less so his knights and vassals that serve as his foot soldiers under the delegated control of dukes and barons.  These enforcers must have the capacity and the will to ruthlessly oppress any member of the kingdom's populace that might refuse to offer their fealty to the king. 

ACROSS ALL STAGES OF EXPANDING SOCIAL COMPLEXITY, ENFORCEMENT ALWAYS DEPENDS UPON THE ENFORCER'S WILLINGNESS TO:

KILL OR LAY ON HURTFUL HANDS, and
MAINTAIN LOYALTY TO THEIR CONTROLLING POWER MONGER

The nature of feudal complexity that must be managed by the king, as the number and spread of his minions rapidly increases, becomes altered and complicated with establishment of the commercial dimensions of civilization. Over time, conquest and defense becomes less concerned with raw territory as with the commercial resources that occupy it. Soon commerce grows to dominate the locus of power.  Commerce is at first localized within the kingdom's rural agrarian borders.  But when barter expands beyond the convenient inner geographic borders, then the commercial crafts and traders begin to express their unique power. They become ever less dependent on their king's largess, generosity, and protection

Notice the focus of MM's preoccupation that is evident in his priorities at this stage.  Incipient in all of their plans for expansion, regardless of the scale, scope and complexity of worldly social structures, there always remains the need for the dominant power brokers to control their lackeys.
